It's a little spooky to be in Daisy house with no one here, I have to make myself not think about all the memories I have in this house it's too painful, I don't know how Daisy parents do it.
"Okay I just needed to put it in her office we can go" Ruby says and I can tell she doesn't like being here either
"I want to go back up to Daisy room" I tell her and start walking upstairs
"Hazel. I don't think we should" Ruby whispers for some reason
"Just give me five minutes" I say and walk into Daisy room
It looks exactly the same since I was here last time nothing moved in the slightest bit still incredibly messy.
"Let's just look around and then we can go" I tell Ruby
I start going through her dresser drawers and I find some empty pill bottles and some candy rappers. I walk over to her walk in closet and see it just thousands of pairs of shoes and some school clothes and some Halloween costumes and wigs.
"You find anything?" I ask Ruby hoping she's having better luck
"Just some love letters from Cole who I didn't realize was quite the romantic and her old scrapbooks" Ruby says
I walk over to Daisy computer and open it luckily she doesn't have a password on it, I go into her history searches to see what she might have been up too. It's mostly just tumblr searches and Pinterest searches but I see she's been googling a lot of sad songs and poems which is odd.
"I haven't been her room since freshman year" Ruby says out loud
"Yeah" is all I say
"You know I talked to her friends again, they wanted to know if we heard anything"
"They didn't really seem like they were that close" I mutter
"Yeah Candice said that Daisy never let them get too close and actually was kinda secretive I mean they never even been to her house" Ruby says
"You got them to open up?" I say impressed
"I'm good" she shrugs
"Let's just go" I sigh and we walk out of her room as we walk down the stairs I try not to look at all her happy family photos, she looks so carefree. I'm glad they haven't taken them down though because those photo looks like they had the time of their lives going traveling and going to there vacation homes and of course all the cheesy awkward family photos
