I've always hated lunch especially since I'm not with any clique.
I usually either go to the library or sit On the front steps of the school.
But today I decided to go over to the side of the school.
"Hello my fellow delinquents" I tell everyone when I walk up
There's about 8 other people over here I'm not exactly friends with them but I do get along with them.
"What's up hazel" zero says who's real name is actually Gary cooper he doesn't know I know though
He hands me a cigarette.
"You got a lighter" I ask
He lights the cigarette for me.
"My knight and shining armor" I smile sarcastically as I take a puff
"Anything for a beautiful dame" he smirks
"Shut up" I laugh
I take one more puff and throw the cigarette on the ground and stomp on it.
"Shit principle coming" someone shouts
I quickly run to the end of the side of the school I climb on top of those huge garbage cans and jump over the fence.
I start running but then bump into something hard making me fall back.
"What the hell" I say out of breath
I look up to see Felix smirking.
"Running from the laws again" he smirks
"No I was taking a run its a nice day" I smirk back
"Sure. Here let me help you" he puts his hand out
"I'm fine" I say and get up on my own
"Same old hazel" he shakes his head
"What's that supposed to mean" I fold my arms and glare at him
"Nothing" he sighs
I roll my eyes "now if you'll excuse me" I shove past him
"By the way you might want to spray on some perfume you smell like cigarettes" he says as I walk past him
I glare at him and continue walking.
But he's right I do smell like cigarettes.
I go back to my classes.
Finally the last bell rings.
I walk past Trevor who is talking to another friend of his I can tell he's geeking out about something because of the excitement in his face and he always swings his hands everywhere when he tells a story.
I look over and see daisy, she looks back at me and gives me a small smile.
