I speed off not wanting Ruby to follow me just needing some time to myself.
I go to the bleachers and sit there.
"Hey there" I hear Trevor voice but I don't look up "are you okay?" I can hear he's worried
"If I tell you yes would you believe me?"I laugh humorlessly
"No because you always done that and I've always known that you were lying. You perfected the fake smile to a tee" he says sitting next to me
"I think your the only person who's ever notice"'I look at him, he gives me a small smile
"What's wrong?" He asks me again
"Everything" I laugh but I can feel myself about to break
"You will get through this your a fighter and everyone else will get through this" he says, I put my head on his shoulder
"When did you get so wise"
"I watch a lot of Dr. Phil" he chuckles, I laugh too
"Are all your friends staring at us?" I ask him
"Yes there making kissing face but just ignore them they will stop eventually when their faces start hurting "
"Do they not know that we've been friends for years?"
"I've told them they just don't believe me. They keep calling you my girlfriend" he laughs
"Why didn't you tell me I was your girlfriend" I smirk at him
"I was planning on telling you after we got married" he smiles "but now you ruined the surprise"
"Thanks Trevor" I nudge his shoulder
"What are friends for" he nudges back
Friends? We're friends again? I would actually like that honestly.
I see Ruby running around and then she turns to me and does a sigh of relief.
"There you are" she runs up to us "I was worried you were going to key her car or something"
"Ooo I should" I say liking the idea but Ruby gives me the disappointed mother look
"Um why are those guying making kissing faces at you guys?" She says confused
"That's the only practices they'll ever get" I shrug "work on your form Jacob" I turn around and yell at them
The all immediately stop and stop blushing.
"I'm sorry about what happened in there" Ruby says
"It wasn't your fault and besides I shouldn't of let heather get to me like that"
"You know what I think we need? A group hug" Trevor says all of a sudden
"I second" Ruby squeals like that was the best idea ever
"I'm going to take a rain check on that but thanks" I say
"Your lost I'm a great hugger" he says smugly making me laugh
