Flashback to Hazel when she was 8
It was Daisy birthday party today.
I walk up to daisy house with my present for her in my hand, I wave goodbye to my mother as daisy mom opens the door.
"Hello hazel" she ushers me in
"Daisy" I run up to her, she smiles happily as soon as she sees me
"Hazel" she gives me a hug
"Happy Birthday!" I yell excited
"Thank you" she smiles
"Here" I hand her my birthday gift
"Can I open it?" She asks me
"Of course it's your birthday" I smirk
She rips open the wrapping paper and then opens the box to reveal a picture frame that I decorated it had a picture of me and Daisy in it.
"I love it! Thank you" she says as if it's the best gift she's ever gotten
She takes my hand and leads me outside where Felix, Trevor and Ruby are all playing.
"Hazel" Trevor say
"Trevor" I mock
"Let's get in the pool" Daisy suggest
We all change into our bathing suit.
"Cannon ball" Trevor announces as he jumps in splashing all of us
"Trevor my glasses" Ruby pouts trying to clean her glasses
"O I'm sorry" he says trying to dry them off
I feel hands on my hips spinning me around making me squeals.
I already know it's Felix.
"Felix" I squeal
He laughs
I turn and smile at him, he smiles back.
Someone splashes us, We look at Daisy who's playing innocent.
"Let's get her" Felix says to me smirking
We splash her back making her laugh.
"I surrender" she puts her hands up in the air
"Is it a trick?" I look at Felix
He looks like he's thinking, Daisy jumps on my back making both of us laugh.
"Piggy back ride" she says
After being in the pool for a couple of hours we all go and get dressed in our clothes and gather around the outside table.
Daisy mother brings out the birthday cake and we all start singing happy birthday.
"Make a wish" Daisy mom says
Daisy looks at us and then closes her eyes and blows out the candles
"Everyone gather around I want to take a picture" Daisy mom tell us
We all scrunch together and smile.
The boys leave a little bit later, Felix didn't want to leave he kept hugging me tightly not wanting to leave me.
Daisy convinced me to dress up in one of her princess dress it took her 30 minutes to convince me.
"We are princesses" Ruby squeals twirling in her dress
"This has been the best birthday" Daisy says
Her mom takes a picture of us in our princess dresses.
She made us go to bed but every time she walked in we faked sleeping.
"Daisy are you asleep?" I ask her
"Nope I'm not even the slightest bit tired" she says with heavy eyes
"What did you wish for?"
"I can't tell you or it won't come true" she tells me
"Come on" I beg
"I wish that we will all be friends forever" she smiles
