Paulina was the first to ask a question. "Can you duplicate yourself? Cause then you can, like, marry me just like you wanted to! Wait, am I gonna be a ghost princess?"

"Um... I'm already married. You are not going to be a ghost princess and I can duplicate myself." Danny demonstrated by creating a clone, the two of them waving in unison.

"Are you sure...?" Paulina leant in, fluttering her eyelashes. Danny took a step back and grabbed her shoulders, holding her away.

"Ugh! But you can't be married to Sam!"

"Well, I am."

Paulina pouted and sat back down.

Dash raised a hand. "If you're married to Sam then who's that hot ghost chick you're always with?"

"That's Sam."

"Oh. Wait a minute but Sam can't be half ghost too right?"

"We have no idea why she's half ghost. Personally I think it's because she's married to me. I also think that may cause her too to be immortal but I'm not sure yet."

Star, hoping for some gossip says, "So how did you, like, propose to Sam?"

"Oh, well that's an interesting one. I was told that as King of the ghost I had to choose a Queen and Sam was in the room with me. I looked at her and said, 'I choose Sam!'"

(Kwan) "So, how come you never fought back when we bullied you?"

"Well, what kind of hero would I be?"

"Fair enough! But you could've been so popular!"

"I have no need to be. I always had Sam and Tucker. And now, Valerie has joined group. That is, after a long conversation about how I didn't ruin her life."

"Um... ok... well, who else knows?"

"Sam, Tucker and Valerie as previously said. There's also my sister, Jazz. Just about every ghost in the zone. Um, Vlad knows and so does my clone! Oh, and considering how my parents haven't asked anything yet, I think they do too. Right Dad?"

"Uh... yeah. We found out on this trip whilst at Pandora's actually! So, Danny-Boy, how did you become King?"

"There's the questions! Well, you know how I stole the battle suit a while back? I used it to trap Pariah Dark back in the coffin thingy. After that he faded away - the ghost equivalent of death - and as the most powerful ghost in the zone as well as the one who beat him I was his successor."

(Dash) "um... did I kill you?"

"No, Dash I didn't. If you'd killed me you'd know."

(Star) "So what's it like to be immortal? And, like, how did you did then?"

"I never thought about that to be honest. It doesn't feel any different but I suppose when I stop growing I'll notice? And I died in a lab accident."

Trying to evade the subject, Mikey raised his hand timidly. "When did you die?"

"About a week before Phantom showed up. It took me a while to get used to my new body so I was quite unwell at first."

"Why do you protect us?"

"Dash shoves me in lockers too you know."

(Mr Lancer) "Can you forgive us?"

"Forgive you? You've done nothing wrong. Don't contradict what I just said either cause it's true."

"Well, Daniel, how are you going to live when your going to stop ageing?"

"I'll go live in the ghost zone for a bit. I think, though, that me and Sam would want to live in the human world. We'd probably just move around a lot so no one could tell that we never aged."

(Maddie) "Let's stop avoiding the question. You said you died in a lab accident. Was it our fault?"

"No. It was mine... and Sam's in a way but we have a laugh remembering it."

(Random nerd) "Spit it out, how did you die?!"

"Sam was talking about how cool the portal was so I decided to have a look inside. When I got in there I discovered the hard way that my Dad couldn't build properly. He put the on button on the inside... I probably should've turned the power off before exploring."

(Paulina) "So, Danny... when is our wedding?"

"How about... never? Moving on, let's go visit Clockwork before we leave the zone. I've been meaning to see him and I think you guys will like him!"

Then all got in the SSB. The not so mysterious group now went and sat and the front, leaving the class behind them to gossip. "Hey, at least they don't know who me and Valerie are!"

"Don't speak too soon, those nerds back there are talking about red huntress and her partner they're gonna figure it out pretty quick."

"Your super hearing still creeps me out."

Danny stuck his tongue out at Tucker and smiled contently. Who knew that his identity being revealed would take such a weight off his shoulders?
