Prologue

(Heather's P.O.V)

Ever since my parents died in an accident, I'd been a total outcast and completely shut everyone out. I didn't have friends, absolutely no love life and not even any other family to help. I lived in an apartment, full of joyless and boring nothingness. Next door lived, none other than Kim Namjoon, my crush. We were kind of friends. However, I'm not sure what you would've called us. But he was always there for me. Even if he may not have realized my feelings towards him, I always thought of him as a more than a friend. Someone who helped me through the rough times. Someone who helped me when I didn't have anyone to talk to. Especially as no one else was willing to be with me.

I hadn't been going anywhere with my friends, that would be if I had any. I'd been trapping myself in my apartment for quite a while. Only occasionally I would leave to buy groceries.

But then everything changed when I met him. The ghost in my apartment.

His name was Park Jimin...
