Beach and Smores Ch.21

I put on the dress and it's short, white, lace long sleeves, and really cute. I also put on my black sandals. (Picture at top of page)

"I don't even want to talk to him. Why am I doing this?" I put a necklace around my neck and look at it shine in the sunlight that's coming through my window.

"Why don't you want to talk to him?" Gabbie hands me a bracelet and I clip it on.

"Because I know what he's going to say."

"Really? Cause I don't think you would be this mad of you did."

"He was going to breakup with me. I know it. He's been acting weird all day and then he just left."

"Do you really like him?"

"Yes."

"Do you trust him?"

"Yes." I sit on my bed and Gabbie stands in front of me.

"Then you have nothing to worry about." She holds out her hand I take it, standing up. She hands me my purse and leads me to the bedroom door.

"Do you know what he's gonna do?" I stop and Gabbie sighs turning around.

"Yes. And trust me, you have nothing to worry about. You said earlier you love him right? But you won't tell him?" I nod and Gabbie glares at me.

"Yeah. Why are you glaring at me?"

"Tell him when he's driving you home today."

"Fine." Gabbie smiles and continues leading me to her car.

We get in the car and I check the time, 7:26. I put my phone in my pocket and she hands me a blindfold.

"Why do I need to wear a blindfold?"

"David told me to make you wear it, so, wear it." I sigh and put the blindfold on.

We drive for about 10 minutes and I feel the car bounce and we stop. Meaning we pulled into a parking lot, a driveway, or onto the sidewalk and parked. I hear a car door open and I'm picked up bridal style.

"Wow Gabbie. I didn't know you could pick me up so easily!" I giggle and I hear her giggle from farther away from the person carrying me.

"Wait. I heard you laugh from that way... who's carrying me?" I point to the direction I heard Gabbie and put both my hands on my legs.

Someone connects there lips to mine and I immediately know it's David. He puts me down not disconnecting our lips and wraps his arms around my waist.

"Awwwwww!! That's so cute!!" Gabbie squeals and I pull away smiling.

"Come with me babe." I hear David in front of me and he unwraps one of his arms from my waist and nudges me forward with the other arm.

I feel sand burying my feet and I grab onto David's chest before I fall. I hear him chuckle and I smile.

"Do you want me to carry you?" David stops and I giggle.

"Please do." He scoops me up and I cling to his neck so I don't fall.

He walks a little farther and I get seated in a soft chair. I feel him sit next to me and he wraps a heavy blanket around both of us. He carefully takes off the blindfold and everything is dark except the campfire in front of me. I blink a bunch of times so my eyes will get used to what's around me and I look over at David. He's looking at the fire with no expression.
