David and I are sitting on my bed thumb wrestling. I win and he smiles at me. I glare at him and he kisses my cheek. I get distracted and he pins down my thumb.

"That's not fair! You distracted me!" I give him puppy dog eyes and he chuckles.

"Fine. I'm sorry." He kisses my hand and I blush. I quickly put my head down because I don't want him to know he got to me.

"Sorry doesn't cut it this time." My hair falls over my shoulders so he can't see my face.

"Then why are you hidding?"

"Because... because I can."

"Look up at me." He kisses my hand again and I blush harder.

"No thanks." I say while shaking my head.

"How come?"

"Stop it."

"Is it because I love you?" I smile and blush harder then before.

"David."

"Liza." He smiles and I hit his arm.

"Just look up at me." I slowly raise my head and he smiles.

"Don't look at me!" I turn around and he laughs.

"I don't see why you don't want me to look at you Liza!"

"Because my cheeks are red!"

"I don't care."

"I do."

"You shouldn't. You shouldn't have to hide when I make you blush. Get used go it. It's gonna happen a lot cause I'm your boyfriend and it's my job."

"Your job is to make me blush?"

"Kinda."

"Ok."

We get comfortable on my bed and watch tv. My head is on his shoulder and his head resting on mine. He starts to quitly snore and I feel my self drifting to sleep. A few hours later, I wake up and David is gone.

"David?"

"I'm right here babe." He walks through the door with a small duffle bag and throws it on the floor next to my door.

"What's that for?"

"I'm staying with you for a few days." He sits on the bed and it bounces when he sits.

"In a few days it's Thanksgiving David. You have to be with your family on Thanksgiving."

"But there's gonna be so many relatives and none I can hang out with." He falls backward and I lay next to him.

"Having family over is amazing. I love having people over."

"Are relatives coming here to spend thanksgiving with you and your mom?"

"No, and my mom isn't going to be here. She's on another business trip."

"You should come to my house!" He sits up and I shake my head.

"Thanksgiving is meant to spend time with family."

"You are fa-"

"Don't say it." I interupt him and he smiles.

"But you a-"

"David!" I roll over on to my stomach and hit his chest. He sighs and copies my position.
