Jakes pov

Rico and I got out of the car and hurried over to the woods. I was gonna feel like a real asshole if when I got their this wasn't Blair. Rico seemed convinced so that's why we're here. When we got closer I noticed that her hair was longer and it was a lighter color brown. She turned her head and stared at both of us trying to put a name to the face. She smiled when she seen me because she's always had a thing for me.

"Blair oh my god" I gushed pulling her into a hug

"Jakey!" She cheered

When I hugged her something was in the way and that's when I noticed that she was like 9 months pregnant. She looked like she was gonna have the baby any second. Rico was staring at her because he's always had a thing for her but it never worked because she had a thing for me.

"Fuck Blair are you pregnant?" I said shocked

"Yeah" she sighed "Some dead beat dude I slept with a couple times and then when I got pregnant he left"

"What the fucks his name" Rico growled

"Ace from that gang" She said

"Poison isn't a thing no more, wait Ace from my gang?" I asked and she nodded

I looked at Rico and he was shocked. I had anger written all over my face. I can't believe the girl I grew up with that I bounced from house to house with Rico is pregnant with the dudes who raped my girl.

"Well ace is dead" Rico said

"What! How"

"I killed him" I growled

"Jake!" She yelled pushing me back

"Yeah the fuck I did he raped my girl my pregnant girl" I yelled

"I can't believe you Jake" She said in disbelief

"Well I didn't know, I didn't even think you were alive I haven't heard from you in so long, where the fuck have you been?" I yelled

"Don't go all dad on me" She said shaking her head

"I'm just wondering what the fuck happened to you, you just left the foster house one day with some random guy and I thought he beat you to death! I couldn't find you"

"I know Jake I'm sorry" She said looking at the ground

Rico was just standing on the curb not knowing what to even say. Blair was about 14 and we were just to young to make anything work back then. Now she's pregnant and she's afraid. These things always happen to these girls who are in the system or who have screwed up boyfriends or are apart of a gang. They always get pregnant. I can't believe this happened to her especially with Ace.

"It's fine Blair it's not your fault" I said pulling her into a hug

"I can't believe he's dead" She cried

"He's been dead, did he know you were pregnant?"

"Yeah and he told me he didn't want anything to do with me. That was when I first found out and I haven't heard from him since and that's why"

"Listen Blair I'm gonna take you back to my house and you can shower and get some clean clothes on and I'll take you to a doctor. I just gotta go in target and get stuff for my daughter" I said

"You have a baby Jake" She said hurt

"Yeah Blair I do with this girl that I'm totally smitten with, we've been together almost two years" I smiled at the thought of her

We went into the store and I picked up some diapers and formula and baby wipes all the stuff you need for a baby. She was getting big and it's crazy she's already 6 months old.

Blair didn't say much the car ride home. I know she had a lot of her mind and I was trying to figure out how I was gonna convince Grace that theirs gonna be another girl staying in the house. But she's such an old friend and she needs me and I never liked her back like that.

The sun was starting to rise by the time we got back home and I knew Grace would probably be awake. She hasn't texted me so maybe Nevaeh has slept through the night. I told them to be quiet while I walked into the house. It was quiet and everyone seemed to be sleeping.

"I'll set you up with something on the couch alright" I told Blair

"I will go check on your fiancé and baby" Rico said

He took Blair over to the couch and I headed up the stairs. I pushed my door open slowly and Grace was asleep in my bed wrapped under all the covers. She was so beautiful her long brown hair falling down her back. I seen Nevaeh started stirring around In her sleep so I went over to her crib and grabbed her and started rocking her.

"Shh daddy's here now baby" I whispered

She was looking like Grace a lot but she also had a lot of my features. We were both mixed 50/50 into her and she was so beautiful, I couldn't believe how far we've come how far Grace and I have come. I never thought I'd be here.
