"So these are the results" Ash said dropping the envelope on the table

"This?" I asked holding it up

"Yeah man I guess she thought it was mine too and she went to go get a paternity test done and those are them"

"What do you think?" I asked

"What do you think?" He repeated and looked at Aj the son

I looked at him and his face kinda looked like Ash bur also at the same time I could barley tell him and his brother apart other then the fact that Ace had a tattoo on his neck and then it was easy to tell them apart.

"I don't know man you and Ace were like twins" I said shaking my head

"It's gonna be crazy if this is actually my baby" he sighed "I already have one on the way with that other girl. I don't need two kids man"

"Well open the envelope" I said tossing it on his lap

My phone stated ringing and it was Grace. I was kinda busy right now and didn't wanna answer her but I knew she would start calling me if I didn't answer.

"Hey baby girl" I said Into the line

"Hey jakey where are you?" She asked

"I'm kinda busy right now I'll call you later?" I said

"Oh okay"

the line went dead and I went back into the living room. He was staring at the paper and I couldn't tell if he was happy or not.

"What are they man?" I asked

"It's Aces baby" He frowned

I couldn't tell why he was upset about it. He should be happy he's off the hook with one baby he's just gotta make sure this other baby is his. If not he's free. Don't get me wrong I love my daughter but things get tough I'm a teenager and I fucked my life up kinda but I wouldn't trade it.

"That's good man" I said patting his back

"Yeah I know it is it's just Aj is the only thing left of Ace now"

"Yeah I know man"

I acted like this was sad to me but I'm the one who really killed him. If I ever told Ash that he would kill me himself. I know we're kinda getting close now but if he ever found that out whatever sort of friendship we had would be thrown out the window.

"That's your nephew man. That's all that's left of Ace. It's a good thing. He's here sorta" I said

"Yah I know man" he said picking him up

"You can tell him all about Ace when he's older"

"Yeah I guess your right , he's probably gonna be just like him" He chuckled

"Stay out of gangs and getting girls pregnant" I said to him

"Right" Ash agreed

"I'll see you later man I gotta run home the wife needs me" I chuckled

I stepped out of his house into the summer weather. It got pretty hot in Chicago considering we were kinda close to Cali but when it got cold here it was super cold.

I walked over to my Camaro and got in the car and drove back to the house. I don't know what's going on with that gang that Rico and I were gonna join I think we're gonna go Their for a meeting and see how things work.

I got back to the house and went inside the house was kinda quiet like to quiet. I yelled up stairs but nobody answered. I went to open the door to my room but it was locked. I thought that was weird so I went to Rico's room but he wasn't int their either.

"Grace are you in here open the door" I yelled

I could hear voices giggling behind the door and I knew Rico was in Their with her cuz I heard his voice. I grabbed a Bobby pin and picked the lock and kicked the door open. They were both under the covers laughing at each other and I ripped the sheets off of them and pulled Rico off the bed by his neck.

"Rico what the fuck man" I yelled slamming him into the wall

"Relax bro" he laughed

"You think it's funny! What are you doing with my fucking wife" I spat

"Jake stop" Grace yelled

"No your in trouble to" I hissed

"Jake relax"

I punched Rico in the face and he decked me back. Grace was in between us breaking it up now and I was furious. I trust Rico with my life and he's in bed with my wife?

"Jake stop it's just a joke" Grace yelled

"What?" I said confused

"It's a prank it's supposed to be funny that's why I called you earlier because I wanted to know when you were gonna come home" She explained

"Dam bro I would never do that. It was a prank we have clothes on. We knew that you walked in the house we locked the door and started making stupid noises"

"So you two weren't really doing anything"

"C'mon Jake I'm your wife and we have a baby together I would never" She said wrapping her arms around my neck

"I'm sorry bro" I apologized

Rico was bleeding on his lip and I felt blood trickling down my face. We went in the bathroom and Grace cleaned my face off. I had a cut above my eyebrow and she put a bandaid over it. Rico looked a little worse then me but we hugged it out. You don't know who you can trust now a days so Rico is the closest thing to me. I honestly need him.
