♥Internship(Dangerous Era)♥

"You excited?" John chuckles as you roll your eyes playfully at him.

"Ya think?" you raise an eyebrow whilst folding your arms. 

"Okay gee..." John throws both of his hands gently in the air. "It was just a question," he rolls his eyes as the two of you burst into laughter.

You'd just commenced a six month internship with a creative arts institution  and today was to be your first day of your first project.

As a part of the program you'd been signed up for - you were to be assigned to work closely with a renown film director in order to further advance your knowledge in your particular field of interest; this field of interest being film directing and screenwriting.

Of course, prior to present moment - you'd had no idea whom you were going to be working with, and it'd been quite a nervous wait until you'd finally had an idea as to whom you were going to be learning from.

John Landis.

Now, it wasn't the idea of working with John that excited you greatly - rather, it was the knowledge of whom he was going to be working with. Obviously, whomever John would be working with - you'd be working with as well.

Right off the bat, both John and yourself had found common ground and instantly got along - constantly exchanging funny jokes and smart remarks. Your personality was rather contagious and it was undeniably charming. 

So here you were - with John, of course - waiting on the set of a new short film which he was to be directing. The two of you were waiting for the star of the short film, who, for the record - hadn't shown up yet.

Leaving you in utter suspense, John had refused to let you know whom the two of you would be working with. In fact, his very words were:

"You'll meet him when he gets here,"

So it's a him? Hmm...interesting.

"When is he going to get here?" you raise an eyebrow, quickly glancing at your wrist watch as the two of you sit amongst  the rest of the crew members on the floor - waiting rather patiently for this mystery man.

Boy, he must be really important if everyone's willing to just sit here in silence and wait for him.

"He'll be here soon," John chuckles whilst shaking his head. "Just calm down,"

"I am calm," you roll your eyes in a sassy manner. "I'm just not one to waste time...and this man happens to be-"

"Hey guys!"

You are instantly cut off by a soft, cheery voice as everyone's attention diverts to the entrance of the studio set. A small frown appears on your face as you turn your head as well in an attempt to see what this particular male looks like that he so happens to leave all the female crew members swooning - well, all except for you, that is.
