Michael sighs as he enters the large doors of Neverland, an exhausted expression present on his face. Spreading his slightly drenched coat along the arm of the grand sofa in the living room - the slight drizzle outside can be heard turning into heavy sheets of rain.

"Just in time," he mutters softly to himself, a relieved smile on his face as he comes to the realization that he hadn't gotten caught in the rain. After all, he didn't have an umbrella with him when he'd left in the morning.

The sky outside is darker than usual due to the heavy clouds and despite the weather being extremely wet - the temperature is a little humid.

After setting his things down, Michael sets himself down on the comfortable sofa, letting out yet another breath as he closes his eyes. 

The past few weeks have been rather busy for him, especially with his book, Moonwalk, underway. Recently, he'd been in need of an editor to aid in writing his book as he was extremely occupied with the musical aspects of his career.

Unfortunately, almost every person he'd held an interview with were either too cocky or too self centered. None of them gravitated towards actually reading and writing books.

"Michael?" a familiar female voice gains Michael's attention, making him open his eyes as a smile forms on his face.

"Sophia," he responds lovingly as he beckons his girlfriend of five years to join him on the sofa. "How was your day?"

Sophia shakes her head, as if to say she'd rather not sit down.

"It was okay," she shrugs. "I went out with the girls and did some shopping," she says, referring to her large group of friends.

"I see," he chuckles lightly. 

"Find anyone?" she raises an eyebrow whilst folding her arms. Of course, she was now referring to the fact that Michael was still in need of an editor.

"No," he shakes his head, his face falling slightly. "I'm running out of time..and if I don't get someone soon - I won't be able to publish this book; and...you know how special this book is to me," he sighs in despair.

"Then..why don't you just let me do it?" Sophia responds sharply, earning a deep frown from Michael as he directs his attention back to her.

"We've been over this Sophia," he says, slightly frustrated. "You're not going to be my editor. It wouldn't be right,"

For the past several months, Sophia has been bugging Michael to let her be his editor for his upcoming book and quite frankly, Michael isn't fond of the idea. He simply doesn't favor the idea of having her credited in the book as well as being his girlfriend - he reckons it would be unfair. You see, in his book, he plans to thank her for being a major source of support - however, giving her the credit for editing as well would just be...unethical in his opinion.

He wanted someone neutral. Someone he didn't know personally.

Sophia, however, is determined not to take 'no' for an answer.
