Chapter 5
My P.O.V
When I finally caught up with Nath we were with the others. “Omg so out of.. breath” I breathed heavily “I am meant to be the one with asthma” “Shut up Nath”. Everyone was sat in a circle “How was it?” Tom laughed “It’s mainly your fault Parker in the first place!” I winked. He continued eating “Mayyyy come with me to get food” Ellie said “Eurgh do I have to can we go in a minuet” “No now” “Please” “No its important” she wined. I looked at her she looked serious and needed to really talk to me. “Okay” I replied. When we were about 20 meters away from everyone else “I know your not hungry tell me” I laughed “Omg it’s such a long story but there is this new boy in my biology class called Harry. And OMG he is just soooo fit! Kelsey even said so and I think I might like him” she squealed. I just thought of Tom, he would be distort is he knew she liked someone else. But she deserved to be happy and she is my best friend “Why aren’t you happy?” she said “Sorry I am so happy for you, you should totally go for it” “Aw he is so fit he has the most amazing eyes” “Aw he would be lucky to have you!” I hugged her “Thanks” she said.
Lunch went pretty fast and the next two lessons were Music and Dance. Everyone was in the same music group which was great it was always so much fun. Then Dance I had Ellie which was double great. Lunch was over and we were all sitting in music I was sat with Nath who was texting and Ellie was talking to Jay and Siva. “Do you know what you are going to do for the final show thingy” I asked him. “Probs do the song I have been working on and then then sing with the boys because we have to do at least one performance on our own or play the piano what about you? He stopped texting and looked at me straight in the eyes. “um.. I was thinking a dance then maybe play the drums or might do combine a drama and dance piece with Ellie” “Sounds good” he laughed “so come on show me the song you have been writing then” I giggled. “Nooo it’s not finished yet” “Come on Nath I am your best friend” “Fine I will show you the first verse”. He pulled put a crumbled piece of paper from his blazer pocket and laid it on the desk in front. I picked it up and read it

“Awww Nath that’s amazing!” I beamed. “Thanks but I am stuck on the next part” “Well I am not sure if I will be much help but I can try and help you later if you want” “You sure” he smiled “Yeah it will be fun”.
Ellie’s P.O.V
It was finally last lesson and May and I was stretching for dance, there weren’t many people in our class which was good. Tom, Nath and everyone else either had PE or History. “You know what you are doing for the final show yet?” I asked while stretching my leg muscles. “Probs I will do one dance then I was thinking maybe we could do and drama/ dance piece then might do the drums if anyone needs a drummer what about you?” “Yeah OMG we should so do that maybe something like we did during the summer, yeah the child abuse awareness thing would be cool” “Yeah we could do it to the song ‘love the way you lie’ by Rihanna” May said “Perfect” we both smiled. “And then for my solo thing I might sing” I looked down. I never really sang in front of anyone before except May and Tom. Tom always told me I had an amazing voice and I should sing more often. “FINALY you so should ummm what about chasing cars by snow patrol your favourite song!” she beamed. “Okay!” “COME ON GIRLS ENOUGH CHATTING AND START THE ROUTINE WE BEGAN LAST LESSON” Me and May ran in to passion as the ‘Paradise’ by cold play bleared out of the speakers.
