-Chapter Two Hundred and Ninety-Five-
"Look at you getting wiped out left and right!" the man who appeared to be sitting on top of the bison sneered.
"Oh crap! What the heck is that thing?!" Usopp cried out.
"You're not the gills men, you're the Flying Fish Riders!" the man boasted as I took note of the mask that he wore. 'Didn't Pappagu say that Duval wore an iron mask—does this mean that this is him?' I quietly pondered.
"Did he just crush his own house?" Usopp sweat dropped.
"With the Straw Hats dead, I won't need this base! Don't hold back!" Duval ordered, cutting straight to the point despite only having just arrived.
"Head!" one of the men called out. "We're sorry—we'll drag them off to the ocean and finish them for sure!" he promised.
"Move it!" Duval snapped. "I don't care about Fishmen or mermaids or giant talking gloves! I'll give you five seconds to get the hell out of my way!" he snarled at Hachi, Cami, and Pappagu once he saw that they were in his way which caused the three to quickly crawl away. "Huh? I didn't get into the slave trade market cause I wanted to, you know that? Don't you?" he suddenly asked.
"Of course, Head! Good luck!" one of the men cheered.
"This is the greatest day of my life! The man that I've dreamed of killing is right before my eyes—I may have suffered to get here, but it's all been worth it!" Duval joyfully proclaimed. "I got to admit that miracles can happen after all," he blissfully sighed before his mood seemed to quickly sour, "I never did a damn thing to that bastard and he made my life hell! He ruined me!"
"Hey, what's his deal? Is he talking to us?" Usopp asked, confused by the man's sudden tangent.
"He's clearly talking to someone" I shrugged.
"I got nothing to lose anymore—I'm ending this! Even if I die, I'm killing you!" Duval suddenly proclaimed. "Do you hear me, Black Leg Sanji?!" he asked. "I've been waiting for this for a long time" his voice now began to take on a more southern accent as one of his eyes seemed to just glow a bright purple from beneath his iron mask.
"He's mad! His accent, it's starting to come out!" one of the men cried out.
"Me? What in the hell did I do?" Sanji frowned. "That's weird."
"Sanji, hey, what gives? What the heck did you do to piss this guy off so bad?" Franky asked.
"Maybe something back on the Baratie? " Nami guessed. "Come on, try to remember" she urged.
"Well, if we're going back that far, I...uh...did all sorts of stuff to piss people off" Sanji admitted, bashfully scratching the back of his head. "Geez, I can't even count them all..." he muttered as he started to think back to the countless things he had done before he had met and joined this crew.
"Well better let him kill you then" Usopp suddenly said as he threw an arm around the blond—Chopper nodding his head in agreement as he silently started to cry.
"Don't play dumb with me, Black Leg!" Duval snapped. "It wasn't that long ago! Dammit!" he sneered before shooting harpoons at us.
"Look out! Those are harpoons!" Usopp cried out in a panic as we all quickly ducked, letting the harpoons embed themselves into the ship instead of into us.
"Ugh! If it was something recent, I'm even more confused" Sanji groaned with a frown.
"Whoa! This is not good, guys—there's something up with these harpoons!" Usopp suddenly pointed out as a purple smoke started to emit from the harpoons.
