-Chapter Three Hundred and Five-

The impostor turned his head towards the blond as Zoro started to tie his bandanna over his head.

"Hey...knock his ass over here..." he weakly called over to the blond.

"Got to have a piece of the action, huh?" Sanji questioned as he rushed towards the impostor that was starting to charge up another beam. Jumping into the air, his right leg started to burn brightly before he rammed it right into the impostor's chest—creating streaks of fire in the process which burned both the impostor's skin and clothes.

"Nice! We're finally starting to wear him down!" Franky panted with a grin.

"What? Is my vision blurred?" Brook asked as we watched Zoro get ready to attack.

"It looks like he has three heads..." I owlishly blinked.

"So many Zoro's!" Chopper gaped as the swordsman spun around and sliced at the cyborg who was kicked towards him—the illusion of all his extra limbs and swords disappearing once the attack was finished as if they had never been there in the first place despite how real they had looked just a moment ago.

"Third Gear!" Luffy blew up his arm as he jumped towards the impostor who started to quickly get another beam ready as he looked up at our captain.

"Luffy! Smash him!" Nami shouted.

"Just one last punch!" Franky grinned.

"Luffy! Go!" Usopp, Chopper, and I cheered as the captain ready his attack before punching the imposter head-on, causing the bright glow of his eyes to slowly dim as he finally lay there sprawled out on the ground—making no attempts to stand back up this time.

"I'm shrinking!" Luffy frowned as his arm hastily retracted back towards his now shrinking body and snapped back into place. By the time he had smashed into the ground, he looked like nothing more than a child. Dropping to the ground around him, we heavily panted as we stared at the fallen impostor—carefully watching to make sure that he really was down and had no plans of getting back up. Looking at Zoro, concern quickly grabbed hold of my heart as I placed a gentle hand on his shoulder and leaned toward him the moment I saw the pained look on his face. Panting, he turned his head and offered me a small smile that did very little to bring me comfort.

"I told you not to strain yourself..." I muttered as I gently wrapped my arms around him and pressed a soft kiss to his cheek, overall thankful that he was alright even if he did look like he could greatly benefit from some rest.

"That do it? Is he done for?" Franky asked, voicing the question that was on everyone's mind once he was certain the imposter wasn't going to move.

"Seems like it—about time" Usopp heavily sighed.

"Geez, he looks fine—creepy" Nami shivered as she noted just how little damage was visible on the imposter.

"If he's fine, then we're screwed" Usopp told her. "I'm too tired to move anymore" he admitted with a groan as he slumped forward.

"You know what, maybe we should have run instead of fighting..." Chopper panted as his tongue lulled out of his mouth.

"No, it's best to take them on as they come—one at a time" Robin disagreed. "We're being chased, we can't be cornered."

"She's right...just running away won't change anything because we'll only encounter them later on down the road" I reluctantly agreed. "Best to deal with them now than later."

"True, but still..." Zoro muttered in thought as he rested against me. "He wasn't Kuma—who was he?" he asked.

"We know he's a cyborg, so he must have been a person at some point—but if this guy isn't the real Bartholomew Kuma, then why the heck does he look just like him?" Franky frowned. "Maybe the guy's got a twin—if not, then they must have modified the crap out of him to make him look the same. Can't imagine why though..." he theorized as he took a moment to think about this whole situation involving the imposter. "He couldn't have been created by scratch, you can't do that with a living person."
