Chapter Two Hundred and Sixty One [Rewritten]

"That was one of my older brothers—he said he captured two of the bounties" Lil answered. "This one and this one" she pointed at Nami and Franky's wanted posters.

"Well, that at least explains what happened to those two..." I muttered.

"But forget about that" Lil shook her head. "I want to play some more—come on" she impatiently pleaded, already wanting to get back to playing instead of wasting time talking about her family and the others.

"Right, of course" Robin nodded. "But wouldn't it be more fun if we played at your house?" she asked.

"Yeah," I agreed, "I bet you have lots of toys back home we could play with."

"Huh? You actually want to go play at my house?" Lil tilted her head.

"Sure, will you take us there?" Robin asked.

"Yeah!" Lil happily nodded, agreeing to lead the way as we set sail. "Just a little further and we'll be home" she instructed, eagerly bouncing on her feet as she pointed us in the right direction.

"So, as of right now, this person and this person are also heading to your house?" Robin inquired as she pointed at Franky and Nami's wanted posters.

"Yep!" Lil nodded. "My brother, Hockera, should arrive there with them at any minute."

-Later-

"It's good to see that you're all energetic" Robin grinned as we peered down the hole that Nami, Usopp, Franky, Sanji, and Zoro were being kept down in like a prison.

"Tell me about it..." I muttered. "What are you two idiots fighting about now?" I asked, looking at the swordsman and cook who were currently bickering with one another.

"Hey, Robin! Skylar!" Franky, Nami, and Usopp waved.

"Robin! Skylar!" Sanji cooed, hearts floating around him as he began to sway.

"Moron..." Zoro grumbled.

"What?!" the blond snapped.

"Robin! Skylar!" Usopp shouted. "Help us out here!"

"Yeah! We could use a hand!" Nami nodded.

"As much as I don't want to admit it, you two should be down there with them, big sisters" Lil said, childishly kicking her foot against the metal box she was seated on. "But, I think, my new friends Robin and Skylar are special—that's why I'm going to ask Papa to save them" she brightly smiled, pressing her hands. "Good thing too because Papa will do anything I say as long as I ask nicely!" she proudly boasted

"Oh?" Robin questioned.

"Is that so?" I tilted my head, a warm feeling settling in my chest, knowing that her father truly loved her. "I guess I can understand that—I'd have trouble saying no to a cute face like yours if I were him too" I cooed, playfully pinching her cheek as she giggled.

"So are you two coming to the party with me?" she hopefully asked.

"What kind of party?" Robin questioned.

"For Papa! A gigantic birthday feast!" Lil smiled. "Well, have you two said your goodbyes to everyone?" she asked, a hint of impatience in her tone as she motioned toward the hole the others were in. It was clear from her antsy behavior that she wanted to get a move on now before we were possibly late to her father's party.

"Robin! Skylar!" Nami shouted.

"No! Please, don't go!" Usopp begged as he, Nami, and Sanji started shouting over one another to the point that it was difficult to tell what anyone was saying. My gaze lingered on Zoro for a moment, neither of us talking as we maintained eye contact. A gentle smile soon stretched across my lips as I chuckled, causing him to blush a little and look away as a smile of his own tugged at his lips.
