Sorry that I didn't update in a while...again.
School's finally over, so I've got a lot more time on my hands.
Anyways, thank you and enjoy the chapter!

Chapter 21: We Are Here
Teddy POV:
I just woke up about 5 minutes ago. I was napping on one of the chairs near the school's office.
Gabe was two seats away from me, also napping. I decided to leave him alone. He gets cranky very easily.
I looked at my phone.
2:01am
I sighed from frustration.
I feel like pulling my hair out. My life is a big, whole mess.
When is PJ going to be here?
The whole school was dark, but I could make out some things.
I walked over, or struggled to walk over to the window to look outside.
It was slightly raining and hardly any cars were on the road.
But, I could see a fairly odd one in the distance.
It looked like there were legs coming out the top.
Wait a minute.
Odd-looking car?
Legs coming out of it?
It's Dad!
I ran over to Gabe and shook him awake.
"What?" he asked, crankily.
"Dad's here!" I exclaimed.
He bounced off his seat with joy and I giggled a bit. I've never seen Gabe this happy before.
"Cmon!" I said and grabbed our suitcases and ran out the door.
I kinda regret not bringing my umbrella because it was pouring outside right now.
The bug truck parked and I saw Dad getting out, smiling.
"Dad! You're finally here!" Gabe and I said in unison.
Then, I saw PJ getting out of the truck.
"Dude! You're also here!" Gabe exclaimed and they both hugged.
After they let go, PJ said, "Dad came and picked me up. We went to report the hit-and-run and the police are looking for that stupid guy."
"Well, I hope everything turns out alright." I said.
"Aww...Come here!" PJ said and embraced me in a tight hug.
We all then got in the bug truck to go home.
"How was your trip?" Dad asked while driving.
Gabe and I exchanged a glance.
"It was fine." I said.
"Fine? That's it? Nothing else?" He questioned. I guess Dad just wants us to break and simultaneously get us in trouble.
"No, no we did everything as scheduled." I assured.
Dad nodded and said to Gabe, "You seem a little quiet there, son. Anything to tell me?" He sounded like he was joking. Not too serious at all.
"No, nothing. Teddy said everything already." he said. I gestured for him to say more, so Dad won't be too suspicious.
"You know, the basic camp things. Rock climbing, canoeing..." he just paused. I think he didn't have anything else to say because he didn't do much in the trip.
"Kayaking, tie-dying. Lot more things." I filled in for Gabe.
Dad nodded like he understood and continued driving.
---------------------------------------
When we got closer to home, my phone beeped.
29 unread text messages and 13 missed calls.
Guess who they were from.
Spencer.
And that just brought back bad thoughts.
I need to have a stern talking to with that guy.
The thought of my ex-boyfriend made be think of Beau.
He must've already left for Tennessee. We never got to say goodbye.
I hurt to think of that and I tried to get the thought out of my mind.
The only problem was, I couldn't.
I just couldn't stop thinking of Beau. And also Spencer....That jerk.
I bet he's only going out with Vonnie to make me jealous.
It's working, though. Because I'm seething with anger and jealousy.
Two feelings I hate to have.
Anyways, we finally pulled up in the driveway of our house.
Most of the lights were on and I stepped out of the car. I took out my luggage and walked up the porch with it.
Mom opened the front door and smiled as she saw my face.
It's good to be back home.
