Revealed
Blinded by naivety,
Ignorance is bliss,
Mind open,
Eyes tearing,
Heart torn to pieces,
Walls up and secured,
Hands in fists,
Planted in the same spot,
Frozen in time,
Captured in old memories,
Knocked out by reality,
Truth came rushing,
Lies revealed,
Silence gave answers,
And pain gave distance,
Mistakes were made,
Regrets were endless,
Yet no regrets,
Let go of what you hold dear,
If it doesn't come back,
It wasn't yours in the first place,
Don't chase,
Don't try no more,
Many will stay out of their own,
And many will leave,
Don't expect when you give,
Then you'll never be disappointed,
Live, cry, smile and dance,
This is life
Your happily ever after will come,
Hope when there is no hope to grasp,
Dream when all your dreams shatter
Love when love is lost,
Care when there is none shown,
Be kind when you feel less than that,
Don't lose yourself in keeping others,
If it is not, it will not,
If it is, it will be.
