Accept what you are given
She was glowing,
As she held a new being within,
Six months into her marriage,
God graced her and her husband with this gift.
A girl it was,she had discovered,
She stomped as she ascended the stair case,
The visit to the pediatrician had not gone as she hoped,
She had been disappointed as she wistfully wished it to be a male,
It's been two months since she lost God's gift,
Disastrous news had been given to the young couple,
No longer can she conceive,
Ungrateful she had been the first time aswell as the second.
