Yesterday night Dustin came home with a stunned face. "It's Will," he said, "he's getting worse." And just left to his room quickly. I tried to talk to him some more, if he wanted to of course, but he just won't let me into his room. Poor Will, now that is one family I'd never dare to leave any negative thoughts on, they've all gone through so much. Dustin hasn't been this closed off since last year. The only time he opened up to me last year was when he needed me to help his friends fight off that-what did he call it? Demogorgon? I don't even know. It was also the time when I had to fight those things at Steve's side when he was into Nancy.

Then to make even more things stranger, he ran past me from the sofa to the kitchen and took not one, not two, not three, but FOUR 3 Musketeers bars! I tried stopping him but he slipped out of my grasp and ran back to his room and locked the door. Our mother also arrived home last night with her cat Muse, and told me all about her boring travels.

8:29 am

"Dustin, it's time to go!" I yell while pounding my fists on his door, but all he replies is with "I'm coming!"

"Fuck it, I'm leaving," I sigh loudly. The door soon flies open and I'm greeted by Dustin who hugs me and tells me good morning. My eyebrows furrow at his behavior and I'm actually contemplating if I should just leave him back in his room. "Let's head off to school now my lovely sister," he smiles which actually terrifies me.

I walk backwards to the counter while still facing him and retrieve my backpack & car keys. "Dustin you're really creeping me out," I form when I'm walking out the door to my red mustang. "I'm fine Dee," he says as I put the car in reverse but out of the corner of my eye I see him looking faintly back at our house.

Seeing Dustin rush to his school even when we're still early makes me even more curious. Can he possibly be THAT excited to see his friends? Sighing at his behavior, I close my car door and look up to see Steve sitting on his car waiting for me to walk up to him. My pace picks up as I approach him, and when I finally reach him he says good morning.
