Charter 99

"Come on people. We're gonna be late for our flight. We still have to go get Drew." I say annoyed.

"You could help us out instead of standing there and complaining, you know? That'd speed things up." Megan says carrying a bag.

"Whatever." I say rolling my eyes with a smile. I know she's right.

"Ready to go beautiful?" Chris asks walking towards me after giving my mom a hug.

"I have been for hours." I answer before he places his lips on mine. "Hmm... no." I protest when he pulls away too quickly. He smiles and puts his arms around my waist while one of mine goes into his hair as the other rests on his chest.

"That's enough! Let's go already." Sean screams.

"We'll finish that later." Chris whispers with a smile and we step into the car. We stop at Eldridge's house first to pick Drew up. She wanted to spend the morning with her dad before she left.

"So we're going from New York to London and from London to Dubai. We spend a night and half a day in Dubai and from there we have a straight flight to New Zealand..." Chris explains before he gets cut off by Drew.

"Why don't we just stay in Dubai. It's nice there." She says with a sigh.

"Shut up. You were the one who said she wanted to go te New Zealand of all places." Megan says rolling her eyes.

"Aunty Chan. Megan's not very nice." Drew says learning onto me and I start playing with her hair without saying a word. Chris takes it as a sign that he can continue.

"Anyway... we land in Auckland where we spend five days and then we fly to Wellington. We spend a week there and then we continue our journey to Marlborough. We found this nice girl named Breanna who is willing to show us around, cause unlike the other places I don't know anything about Marlborough. Our first stop there is in Picton, I think. We'll visit the Queen Charlotte sounds and some other places I hope. I'm not sure where she's going to take us in the ten days that we stay there. What I do know is that she offered to let us stay in her house the last four days and that she'll take us whine tasting."

"Can I share a  room with you Megan?" Drew asks excitedly.

"Yes sure. Why not." Megan answers and just like that the two are fine again. Drew moved from me to Megan again and takes her hand.

These two love each other so much, but they're always fighting.

By the time we make it to Dubai we're all exhausted. All except Drew. She's just super excited to be in Dubai and can't wait to step out for a walk. She refuses to sleep in the same room with Chris and I, because she wants to sleep in Megan's room. After we go out for a meal we come back to our rooms to get some sleep. We went shopping the next day and then came back to get our stuff ready to move further.

The flight to Auckland was very uncomfortable and long. Even I thought so. Drew didn't like the food and refused to eat it. She only had a few snacks here and there. When we make it to Auckland the first thing we do is look for something to eat at KFC.

After that, the days we have there fly by so quickly as we have one of the best times of our lives. New Zealand has so many beautiful places and I don't know how to start describing them. After our first few days I got sick and was constantly vomiting, but I didn't let that stop me from having the fun I wanted to have. Every now and then I still feel a little nauseous and dizzy. Chris says it might be because of how we're constantly moving around. We're exploring places in a rapid speed.
