What happens when jealousy come in-between family? Dae, Serene and Becca have to face their own hardships. Although they have each other, is sisterhood enough for them to get through tragedy, trials and betrayal?
Mike was at home waiting for Lee and Jin to come over. He was eating some leftovers from the barbeque that Dae packed for him and Becca. He was glad that they moved downtown so that they didn't live too far from each other. Although it was about a thirty minute drive, they were on Mike's side town for business and he wanted them to stop by. The Gala was approaching fast and he knew that he had to convince Jin to come. They were like brothers because growing up together they made sure to always look out for each other. They have been friends for a very long time. Becca was out with Serene and Dae at the nail salon. Mike's mother called him earlier and made him upset.
Becca been through a lot with Mike. However, his mother didn't approve that Mike was dating Becca during her college days. She wanted her son to marry a rich woman that was from Korea. Although the marriage was arranged, Mike knew his heart belonged to Becca. He didn't mind helping his mother but, he just wished that she would call him just to say hello or to see how his day was. He knew her issue was that he decided to make Becca his wife but deep down he was discouraged. Wanting his mother to be proud of him was the only thing he wanted from her.
When he first laid eyes on her that night, he always wanted to be with her. She wasn't afraid to speak her mind and would do all she could to make him happy. That is one of the things that he loved about her. Fortunately, he was grateful that he didn't loose her and she came back to take care of him when he became ill. After eating all his food Mike walks to the kitchen to wash the dishes.

There's a knock on the door and at that moment Mike knew it was Jin and Lee. Entering the house he bowed to them as they came in. Lee couldn't stop laughing and Mike was curious to find out what was so funny.

After walking to the kitchen, he brought some bottled water. Jin has a package in his hand waving it with huge smile. He was so excited which peaked Mike's curiosity. As we sat at the table in silence, Jin waves the package in front of me.
