Hearing about the viral video about Dae wasn't good. Lee knew that this was a chance for Meghan to find her. When Slim called him at work, he knew that they had to stick to the plan and Dae would have to move out of the apartment that was arranged for her. Unsure, Slim suggested that she live with her mother but Lee didn't want Mama to get involved just in case Meghan found out where she lived.
When Slim informed Lee that he was trying to call her, she didn't pick up the phone. Deep in thought, Lee became extremely anxious to find her. Asking Slim to check her apartment, they had to keep their promise they made to Jin. They promised to take care of Dae and keep her safe.
Snatching his jacket off the chair, Lee left work early to find Dae. Thinking about Buddies Cafe, he remembered that she liked to go there. The moment that he walked in the door, Megan waved at him with a grin.

Ignoring her, he played it cool and went to the register. Pretending that he was there to order something, he kept his eye on her. Taking a iced coffee and a doughnut, he walked out the café. On his way home, Slim called and he pulled over. He found Dae and she was with Serene. It appears that they were at her apartment with Ye-Jun. He wanted Lee to ask Serene to bring Dae and Ye-Jun to his house for a few days.
"I don't know why she's here.
"Don't let her get to you. Let's just stay positive and focus on the plan."

"I'm not going."
"Serene, you're acting like you still have feelings for him." Becca replied.
"Why can't you take Dae with you?" Serene asked while sipping on a glass of wine.
"She's working remember?"
Becca wanted Serene to go with her to a awards show. Knowing that Ace was performing, she wanted to stay home with Lee since their wedding anniversary was in a few weeks. Thinking about a romantic get away, Lee wanted to have his physical for work before they left. Looking at the television, she became nervous and started fidgeting. She looked at the television again when Ace eyes stared at her.
