Dae's POV
Jin fell asleep as soon as we unpacked. He said that he didn't get enough sleep on the couch. While I'm upstairs getting my clothes ready for the funeral, Mama was on the phone with the funeral director.
I knew as soon as Ye-Jun wakes up, he's going to look for his daddy. Jin loves playing with him every morning before going to work. After getting Jin's clothes laid out, I walked up to the couch and he's still asleep. I start to feel sorry for him..... somewhat.
I didn't want to wake him up so I sat at the table staring at the wall. I'm trying to collect my thoughts. Before I knew it, Jin comes up to me he holding Ye-Jun. Looking defeated, he gives me a stare pouting his lips. I take Ye-Jun in my arms still trying to stay strong. Jin sits next to me and I bottle up my feelings, especially when I'm handling Ye-Jun.
"Ne salang, he wants his mom to dress him. He's fighting with me."
"You're giving daddy a hard time? You have to be a good boy."
"I'm a good boy too." Jin stated.
"Are you still mad at me?" He asked
I looked at Jin before walking upstairs to change Ye-Jun's diaper. I look through the closet and find a cute shirt and bow tie outfit. Ye-Jun giggles dressing him and Jin came in.
"Can you give Ye-Jun his bottle while I take a shower?"
Walking to the bathroom for my hot shower, Jin feeds Ye-Jun his bottle. Everything starts to hit me at once. I realize that I have to bury my father today and I refuse to give up as to who killed him. I hope that Marie don't start any drama today. I just want to bury dad so he can rest in Peace. After a long needed shower, I put my body butter on and get dressed. I made sure I packed some flats as well.
