11 - Ruin

Third person P.O.V

Daniel hid his lips inside his mouth when he saw Jojo was leaning in. "I already know your old trick," he said after Jojo pulled out from her failed kiss attempt.

"Why don't you like me? I love you so much Daniel," she confessed.

"You don't love me. You're obsessed with me. And it's not healthy. You should really stop. Besides, I don't do people who use dirty tricks," he explained.

"But you never looked at me even when I played nice," she defended herself.

"Well, at least we were friends when you were nice, but you ruined our friendship," he said. "Now tell me, what did you do before I came here?" he asked.

"I didn't do anything. I just wanna check on you, since I heard that you're sick but you're still staying at school to do your punishment. And where's (y/n)? Isn't she supposed to be here too?" she asked.

"I know what you did to Catherine, the previous new girl. She was my friend, until you ruined her school life, just because someone told you that she likes me.  You're always like that to a new girl, someone that you think will jeopardize your position. So don't think that I don't know your plan to do the same to (y/n)," he warned.

"I don't know what you're talking about. I didn't do anything to Catherine. And didn't you hear? I even selected (y/n) to be part of my gang," she dodged.

"I don't believe you. I won't let you hurt (y/n)," he replied.

Suddenly Jojo's gaze changed dark, "Then stay the hell away from her. That's the easiest way to keep her safe. I won't give up on us," she warned before she left.

"There's no us! You're crazy!" he yelled. "Damn it! What should I do to protect (y/n) now?" he asked in his mind.

End of Third person P.O.V

"I don't know Minhyun. I just wanted to run away when I saw what happened, I didn't like it," I confessed.

"Don't worry. I know Daniel. Jojo is not his type," Minhyun said as he ruffled my hair. "Come on, let's go and see him. Didn't you ruin our date because you're worried about him?" he asked.

"I'm sorry," I said as I looked down.

"Hahaha. I'm just kidding. I'm glad you ruined it, because I like how we are now," he said as he pulled my chin up.

"Actually, me too," I agreed and he smiled. Then he dragged me to go back to the class.

When we came back, Daniel was sleeping by himself in the classroom.

"Hey, are you okay?" Minhyun asked as he shook Daniel.

"Minhyun?" he gasped when he saw Minhyun. "Aren't you supposed to be on a date ... (y/n)? What are you guys doing here?" he was confused when he saw me too.

"We felt bad for leaving you behind. We bought some food for you," Minhyun said as he gave the food to Daniel.

Third person P.O.V

"So there's a "we" now," Daniel said in his mind.

End of Third person P.O.V

"Ah! I forgot. Sungwoon asked me to help him with something. Take care guys. See ya!" he said then disappeared in a flash before we could say anything.

Then it became awkward when my eyes and Daniel's met. I quickly looked away until I heard ruffling sound and delicious smell. He was opening the food take away.

GROWL

"Hahaha. You're hungry?" Daniel laughed so hard when he heard my stomach growling.

"Damn it! That's embarrassing. Thanks a lot stomach. Thanks!" I cursed in my mind.

"Come here. Eat with me," he said as he grabbed my hand and pulled me to sit beside him.

Then it became silent as we were busy eating.

"Should I ask him about what happened with him and Jojo? But why should I ask? It's not my business. But ..." I was lost in my thoughts.

"You ruined it, didn't you?" Daniel suddenly asked, awoken me from daydreaming.

"Huh?" I asked.

"You screwed up the date. That's why you're here with me instead of with Minhyun. What did you do?" he asked.

"I can't say that Minhyun caught me thinking about you when I was with him, can I? Hhh," I sighed in my mind as I looked down.

"Hey, I'm asking you a question," he pulled up my chin and leaned in.

His pretty face was so close to me. His dazzling eyes was piercing right into my eyes. His huge hand felt warm on my skin.

"Why does he make me feel all of these feelings, when he's not even interested in me? I know it's not his fault. He's just so damn beautiful, and caring, and kind, and nice, and, and, ..." I ranted in my mind until I felt tears running down my eyes, I was crying.

"Hey, why are you crying? Was it that bad? I'm sorry. Please don't cry," Daniel panicked as he cupped my cheeks and leaning even closer.

"You're just making it worse. I think I'm falling in love with you Daniel (A/N: Lol. Girl, who doesn't? Sorry guys, I just find it relatable. Haha. Continue)" I asked in my mind as I cried even louder.

"Hey, it's okay. I'm here. It's okay," he said as he hugged me.

"I'm not okay Daniel. What should I do about this feeling now?" I asked in my mind. (A/N: Yeah Daniel, what should I do? Again, so damn relatable 😅)
