"Harry is so hot," Madz said.
I was currently at Madison's apartment while Harry was back at mine. Madison invited me to sleepover again and I couldn't say no. She wanted to catch up. As much as I like the idea of being with Harry at my apartment, I needed to be with Madison. Besides, Harry said it would be a great time for him to look for flats.
"Yeah," I laughed, "he's pretty attractive."
"It's not wrong to say 'hot,' you know?" Madison laughed.
"Fine. He's super hot. You glad?" I said.
"Very. You really like him, don't you?" she asks.
"Yeah, Madz. I really really like him. He's perfect."
"I can see the way you two look at each other. That might seem so cheesy, but it's true. At lunch, you guys were so cute," Madison explained.
"Thanks. I really think Harry is it for me. I'm twenty one and I don't think anyone else is coming in my life anytime soon," I say.
"You two are the cutest. I hope you guys work out because I love you guys together."
I laughed, "Thanks, Madz. Same with you and Niall. I can tell you like him a lot," I say with a smirk.
"I do! I'm just wondering why he hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend yet. Maybe he doesn't like me as much as I like him," she frowned.
"Not possible. He likes you so much. He's gonna ask you soon, trust me," I said.
"Hopefully. He's so adorable," Madison said, her mind wandering off.
I giggled, "Okay, Madison."
~
I am looking for flats on Caly's computer while eating some snacks she had in the pantry. I really wish she was here with me, but I know she had to be with her friend. I can't be that overprotective boyfriend who makes his girlfriend stay with him all the time. Caly wouldn't like that, and all I want to do is make her happy.
She's told me once that she isn't happy in this world of hers. I still don't know everything about her, but I am determined to find out every piece of her puzzle. I wanted to know her so badly. I needed to know why she isn't happy and why she doesn't love. There has to be some story behind it, and I will uncover it.
I don't know why Caly wouldn't be happy. She has three friends that apparently treat her so good. She also has me who cares so much about her. Caly is the only good thing I have in this world and I am determined to make her happy. Her happiness is all I want.
I've thought about it, loving Caly. I think I do love her. I've never loved before, so I don't know what it feels like. Caly and I have that in common. My heart feels full when I'm with Caly, and I think that's what love is supposed to feel like. I couldn't tell Caly, not yet at least. She's going through so much right now and telling her this would make her have a heart attack.
How could I not love Caly? There are so many things that I love about her. I love when I compliment her and she bites her bottom lip and blushes. I love when she takes my face right in between her perfect hands. I love when we're watching a scary movie and she jumps into my arms when something pops out at the screen.
She's gorgeous. She's perfect. She's absolutely perfect and she's all mine.
Maybe she does love me back. I won't ever know until I tell her. I need to find the perfect time to tell her, but that won't be anytime soon.
In between my thoughts, I hear my phone ring, hoping that it's Caly.
I am disappointed when I see a number I am not familiar with appearing on my phone.
"Hello?" I say into my phone.
"Hey, Harry? It's Niall," the person on the other end said.
"Niall? How did you get my number?" I questioned.
"Caly gave it to me. She seemed pretty excited when I asked for it."
"Oh, okay. So why are you calling?" I asked.
"I need your help."
"With what?"
"I want to ask Madison out, but I need help figuring some stuff out," he said embarrassed.
"Oh come on, lad! You're still shy when it comes to girls? I thought that you left that in the UK?" I say jokingly.
"Haha. Very funny, Harry. Are you going to help or not?" Niall asks.
"Yeah. Just come to Caly's apartment and we can talk about it."
"Okay, I'm on my way."
"See ya," I said into the phone before ending the call.
I was not expecting to get that call at all. I seriously thought all of my mates hated me, but I guess I was wrong. A smile crept across my face as I thought about it. I'm so glad Niall called me. I genuinely wanted to be mates again.
After I moved to LA, I didn't think my life would be this way. I was perfectly fine with not having friends and just getting knackered at parties. But after I met Caly, everything changed. I suddenly wanted to be with her, and to become mates with Niall and Louis again.
She changed me and I won't ever be able to thank her enough for that.
Hopefully, Louis will see that I've changed and will want to be mates again because I honestly miss him. I missed all of the memories back in the UK with him. He was so fun to be with. I hope we can go back to the way it was before.
Interrupting my thoughts was a knock at the door, probably from Niall. I open the door to see a blonde, Irish lad standing at the doorstep.
He stepped inside and went straight to the kitchen. I should have expected it. Niall's first love is always food.
Once he got his tray of snacks, he sat on the couch.
"You ready?" Niall asked.
"So what are we doing for Madison exactly?"
"I've got a little something planned," said Niall smirking.
