The Trip (Chapter 23)

Niall slips on a snap back and looks around the room for anything else he might need and goes out to his car.

Niall’s POV
I know Elizabeth loves when I’m in a snapback…. But Elizabeth is going to kill me when she sees me there, she specifically told me to stay there… *Buzz Buzz* Oh my god, this Josh kid is really annoying, I’ve only opened one of her messages from him, I kind of want to open more  up just to see what he is saying. It really bothers me that she didn’t ever tell me about him. Maybe this whole time she has been pretending not to be dating anyone just to get sympathy

Niall pulls over, he opens a text and reads it ‘Elizabeth, I know you are probably mad at me but PLEASE just answer me. We need to talk soon. I miss you’

Niall's POV

hmmm she probably did use me and Luke. Maybe it was her plan to turn me and Luke on each other to ruin the concert! Nah, she seemed to love us both too much, unless she’s a good actress…. Niall stop thinking about that focus on the road.

Elizabeth’s POV
Oh my god did I really forget my phone? Great, now my mom is going to kill me. Worse yet I may never get it back, where could I have left it?? I hope it’s with one of the boys the last thing I need is…. Oh my god! Josh has probably been blowing up my phone! I have no pass code on that thing because of my mom. I hope none of the boys are reading those texts…. Me and Josh were kind of flirting again,  I don’t want any of the boys to see what’s on that phone, they could think that I was still dating him.. which would crush Niall and Luke. Poor little Nialler could be hurt by seeing what me and Josh were saying to each other…. I was half asleep and I didn’t know what I was saying.

~~A few hours later~~

Niall pulls out Elizabeth’s phone and texts Elizabeth’s mom ‘Hey I found this phone and I went right to the ‘mom’ contact on the phone to try and return this phone… What hospital are you at so I can return the phone??’  Message sent appears on the screen. Along with a ‘seen’ symbol right

Elizabeth’s mom POV

Ok, that’s weird… Elizabeth lost her phone? Crap she must have left it behind by accident… But how does this person know we are at a hospital? Weird…. I just won’t answer it; Elizabeth is probably messing with me.

Elizabeth’s POV

I wonder if my mom found out that I lost my phone… she’s gonna kill me if I tell her I did. I just won’t mention it unless she asks about it.

 

Josh’s POV

I can see that she is seeing my messages but why isn’t she responding? Well, I was kind of a jerk when I broke up with her…. I can remember the tears going down her face as I broke the news to her… her mascara was everywhere, snot running down her nose and she kept shaking her head no and repeating to herself that it is just a dream… That image of her has haunted my mind every since, I cry myself to sleep thinking to myself ‘she was such a great girl and you’re so stupid for letting her go. She was the best thing that has ever happened to you’ but I’m sure she probably forgot all about me, she probably doesn’t even think about me... she’s probably out with another guy, someone who treats her much better…
