Chapter 5

Merida's Point of View

I asked Hiccup to hug me. I thought he will say no, but he said yes. This is the first time a man hugged me. Well except my dad. I gasped a bit and blushed like a tomato.

"Thank you" I said and sleep. Hiccup is a nice friend. I never had friends before. But Hiccup I will make Hiccup my best friend. I stopped thinking about it.

~Next day~

I woke up, I turned around and saw Hiccup still hugging me, tightly which made me blushed. I carefully removed his hands away from my arms and I stood up and went down. I think Astrid and the others are still sleeping so I'm gonna cook some breakfast for them. By the time I got down, I saw mom, dad and my brothers.

"Good Morning Merida! I see you have some few visitors!" Dad said waving at me.

"How did ya know that I have visitors dad?" I asked him sitting down.

"The guards told us" I nodded.

"Mum, would you mind if I cook them some breakfast?" I asked Mum. She nodded. I bet Hiccup and his friends wants some of my hot chocolate. I made them Hot chocolate and eggs. I was cooking when I heard someone speak.

"Good Morning your hignesses! Uh, wheres Merida?" A familiar voice said

Astrid's Point of View

We went down. I saw Hiccup, he isn't with that red head girl. Thank goodness! I really hate them being together and how Hiccup likes some stuff on her. But I think he doesn't like her. But I'm not sure. We saw Merida's parents but she is not there. Where is she?

"Good Morning your hignesses! Uh, wheres Merida?" Hiccup said bowing down to Queen Elinoir and her husband. We bowed down too. Queen Elinoir was about to speak when Merida went out of the door of the kitchen.

"I'm here! Breakfast is serve Hiccup! Ya wanna taste my hot chocolate?"Merida said. She placed 7 plates in front of the chairs. She sat down to. I sat down a chair after her. I thought Hiccup was gonna sit beside me but no. Well actually he did but in with Merida also. He is in the middle. I just ate my egg with no talking while Merida and Hiccup kept talking. I had enough of this.

"Excuse me"I said standing up and walking away.

"What's wrong with Astrid?"I heard Snotlout said.

"I don't know" Ruffnut said. I just rolled my eyes and walked away and slammed the door. I went to Stormfly. I just stayed with the dragons. Its kinda cold, but not that cold.

Hiccup's Point of View

I saw Astrid walk away, I looked at her plate, she just took 2 bites of her egg and she didn't even drinked hot chocolate! What's going on? I shrugged and talked to Merida again. She is talking about archery. I wanna learn archery so I listened to her. I learned so much from her!

We were done eating. We went outside to do archery. We rode her pet Angus. She has this circle things with a red circle on the middle and she is gonna hit it with her bow and arrows. She is amazing! Every time she hits a circle with a red circle on it (I don't know what is that called) She hits it straight to the red circle! She is so amazing! I tried to do Archery.

But you know? Its REALY hard. I wonder how Merida can hit it straight in the middle. After that, we went to her castle. We talked about Dragons, Archery and more. I had so much fun talking to her. Sometimes, Snotlout teases me. He is like "Ayeee! Hiccup has a crush on Merida!" or"Mericcup baby!"

I just roll my eyes and talk to Merida again. Fishlegs said he was bored so we said goodbye to the Queen and King. We are at the door with Merida and I CAN'T believe what Merida did.

Astrid's Point of View

I was realy bored. So I went to Hiccup and the others. I was almost there when I saw Merida kissing Hiccup in the cheek. I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT I SAW. Hiccup's cheeks turned red like a tomato while Merida giggled. I became really furious. I went closer to them.

"Uhh...Umm...Aaaah...G-gee M-mer-" Hiccup said but he was cut off because of me. I pulled him away from Merida and the others followed me.

"Astrid! What are you doing?!" Hiccup said trying to remove my hand on his hand but I wont let him. I held his hand even tigther.

"OWW! ASTRID! LET GO OF MY HAND!" Hiccup exclaimed. But I didn't listen to him. I just pulled him back to the dragons.
