Chapter 28

Astrid's Point of View

I looked at Lucas. He looked away and smiled at the crowd and he simply wiped his tears. I sighed.

"Hello guys! Long time no see!" He shouted happily. The crowd roared.

"OMG LUCAS!"

"Lucas marry me!"

"Lucas we love you so much!"

"Lucas! I love you!"

Lucas's fangirls shouted. I covered my ears. They are too loud to be honest. Well what do I expect? Lucas has hundreds of supporters here in Berk. Almost everybody here loves him. He smiled showing his dimples.

"I'm gonna preform a song. A love song about..." He paused and looked at me. I saw other people look at me.

"Well lets just find it out." He said and smiled at the crowd. He sat on the chair, grabbed his guitar and started to sing.

"Ohhh oh, Oohhh oh..."Lucas closed his eyes.

"Everybody's laughin' in my mind...

Rumors spreadin' 'bout this other guy..."

"Do you do what you did when you did with me?

Does he love you the way I can?

Did you forget all the plans that you made with me?

Cause baby I didn't..."

I don't know why but I feel so guilty. Well, its probably Lucas's song. Its obviously about me. I guess I really hurt him, so much...

Even if it is dark, I saw a tear fell don Lucas's  cheek. I felt so sorry for him. I admit. I still love him. But I love him as a friend now, not as a boyfriend. I frowned. Seeing Lucas sad because of me makes me feel so guilty that I wanna kneel down in front of him and say sorry until he smiles and forgives me.

"That should be me..." He whispered at that part and he looked at me and Hiccup.

Merida's Point of View

Is it just me or there is something wrong with Lucas? I mean, when he looks at Astrid he becomes sad and cries.

I looked at Hiccup. I gave him the 'What is wrong?' look and he just said 'I'll explain it to you later.' and watched Lucas again. I pouted and watched Lucas.

I gotta admit he is handsome. He is tall and attractive. And his dimples looks so cute!

Lucas stoped singing and smiled at the crowd.

"Thank you for listening! Now, who wants more?" He asked and the audience chanted 'WE WE WE'.

Astrid stood up and walked out. Okay, what's wrong?!

"Hiccup!" I hissed. He looked at me and went closer to me.

"What's wrong with Astrid?" I asked. He looked at me and then looked at Astrid who is walking away. He looked at me again and started to talk.

"I'll explain it to you later." He said and started to walk away. I held his hands, he looked at me and blushed. I looked at our hands, I blushed too and let go of his hands.

"E-Explain it to me, now." I said. He sighed and grabbed my hand.

"I'll explain it to you on the way. Guys, lets go." Hiccup said and the twins, Fishlegs and Snotlout stood up and went to find Astrid.

"Lets split up! Ruff and Snot, you go to the beach. Tuff and Fishlegs, you go to her house. Me and Merida will go to the Forest. Lets move out!" Hiccup commanded. Everyone nodded and they ran away.

Me and Hiccup went to the forest. It was dark, cold and scary. I looked at the moon, it was so bright and it looks so big.

Suddenly, Hiccup held my hand.

"Be careful, there might be dangerous dragons here." He warned me with a low tone. I nodded and bit my lip. He is actually holding my hand.

Its so dark I can't see a thing. Gladly, Hiccup knows the way that's why I am not THAT scared. Hiccup started shouting Astrid's name. We kept walking until we heard a bush move. I looked at Hiccup, his eyes were shining because of the moon.

He pulled me away from the bush and he let me stood behind him.

"Who are you? W-What are you?" Hiccup said. I held Hiccup's shoulder because I was so scared. He looked at me and flashed a sweet and cute smile. I smiled back but I was still scareed.

I screamed when something jumped out from the bush and I hugged Hiccup. Suddenly, I heard Hiccup chuckle. He held my waist and looked at me.

"Relax, its just a squirrel." He said chuckling. I pouted. Then I blushed when I realized what was our position.

He was holding my waist and I was hugging him, our faces are so close. I can see his face a little because of the moon. He was looking at me seriously, and he was blushing.

He cupped my chin and pulled my face closer. He stared into my eyes. I kissed his lips. It was just a smack because I realized that it'll be awkward because there is no where to run, unlike our first kiss.

We pulled away and we both faked a cough.

"I'm sorry." We both said. I smiled and he smiled back.

"I guess Astrid is not here. Lets go back home." Hiccup said. We went to Berk while awkward silence was walking with us.
