Chapter 21 ♬

Hiccup's Point of View

Its been 1 week since Merida went missing. Everyday, all I could do is think about her and worry. Merida, where are you? Please be safe. We are finding her. We searched every inch of Berk but we can't find her.

"Hiccup, its time to rest. Its getting dark. I think we should go home now and lets continue searching for Merida tomorrow." Astrid said. I nodded and we went back to Berk. I ate Astrid's dish and went home. I layed down to my bed.

Where are you Merida?! I can't sleep, thinking of you! Everyone is worried! Please...just please...come back home...

Someones Point of View

I'm getting impatient. Those idiots still can't find this stupid princess? Ugh. Idiots everywhere. I want his nightfurry now! But those damn idiots are f**ked up and blind. They are stupid. Don't they realize its me?

I looked at the princess who is sleeping. Hahaha... What if I get Hiccup's dad and I'll let them see one of my guards capturing Stoick? And my guard will give a hint? Damn, I'm smart.

"Hey, wake up!" I said but the princess won't wake up. I told my guards to get a bucket of cold water. They gave me it and I poured it to her. Haha, now she's awake.

"Good morning useless princess! Are you feeling lonely? Well, Hiccup's dad will be here later. Isn't that amazing?" I said teasing her. She gave me a death glare and I couldn't help but laugh. Oh my, seeing her being pissed is awesome. I stood up and prepared for my plan.

Just you wait Hiccup, I'll get everything that you own...

Astrid's Point of View

Hiccup ate his dinner and went back home. I sighed and ate as fast as I can and went to his house. I saw him lying down on his bed, awake and thinking of Merida which made me jealous.

"I know you're worried about Merida..." He was shocked and looked at me. He gave me a fake smile. I smiled back, a sad smile.

"And I am too. But you need to rest. I know you're tired, so tired. And so are we. We need to rest Hiccup. We'll find her, I'm sure." I said sitting next to him. He sighed.

"What if she is hurt?" He said looking at me. I gave him a smile.

"Merida is strong Hiccup. Trust her..." I said. He smiled back.

(Author's Note :  Okay is it just me? I can hear Astrid's voice whenever I write her lines. Gosh, I'm weird O__O)

Finally, I saw that smile. The smile that I love so much. The smile that I wanna see everyday. The smile that makes me smile.

"Yeah, she is. But she's still a human and she can get hurt." He said covering his eyes with his arms. I kissed his forehead and sang a song.

"Just close your eyes, the sun is going down.

You'll be alright. No one can hurt you now.

Come morning light, you and I'll be safe and

                       Sound...."

(AN : Ok I know this doesn't connect AT ALL but hey, this song is a lullaby. Deal with it, its awesome.)

I removed Hiccup's arm on his eye. He is sleeping. I smiled and kissed his forehead again. Goodnight Hiccup. I went to my house and layed down to my bed. It hurts me to see how much Hiccup cares for Merida. But I know everyone is including me, but I have never seen Hiccup worried that much. I guess he really cares for Merida...
