Chapter 8

Merida's Point of View

I was lying down my bed and doing nothing. I am just staring at the ceiling. I was mad at Astrid because she called me names and stuff. How dare she! I am a princess! And people should respect me! But she said sorry but I can see she is just forced by Hiccup. First, she just glared at me and rolled her eyes. Then, Hiccup looked at her and said something that I can't hear. Then, she sighed and said sorry BUT she didn't looked to my eyes which means she didn't mean it. I don't get it, why does Astrid hate me?

I remembered when I kissed Hiccup in the cheek. He is my first kiss.....in the cheek. Yes, I still have no first kiss in the LIPS. I don't know what love is, I have no crush since birth. And I can't understand this feeling when I am with Hiccup. My heart beat gets faster, I feel so nervous and I wanna look good when I am with him. I wanna be with him always, I feel so comfortable with him. I just wanna be with him always, he is my first friend so maybe that's what friends feel when they are with them. Right?

Hiccup's Point of View

What's wrong with Astrid? She is being SO nice with me! But I like it, not THAT much. I like boyish girls than.... Girly girls? I just sat down on my bed cause I couldn't sleep. And I REALLY CAN'T Understand why Merida kissed me in the cheek. I mean, why will she kiss me? Mysterious girls everywhere. I looked at Toothless who is sleeping peacefully. I smiled and looked at the sky full of stars. Its so quiet. I just layed and closed my eyes and luckily, I finally fell asleep.

~Next Day~

"Yawn!" I said standing up and rubbing my eyes. I saw Toothless staring at me. I greeted him and opened the window. I saw thick snow and guess what? Its colder. I shivered and went down with Toothless. I ate and so did Toothless. We went outside and saw some vikings carying logs. I just went to the arena to meet the others. I saw them shivering hard. I chuckled.

"Good morning guys! Sup?" I said walking towards them.

"Is this a good m-morning? I-its s-so cold!" Fishlegs demanded. I just shrugged and sat down next to Astrid who hugged me.

"I'm so cold Hiccup! W-will y-you h-hug me?" Astrid said shivering

"Yeah right! You just wanna hug Hiccup! Haha! I'm right here babe, you're always welcome to hug me! Come on! Don't be shy!" Snotlout said stretching his both arms. Astrid punched his arm and hugged me tightly.

"No way! You smell like fish! Its like you haven't take a bath for 5 weeks!" Astrid said

"Hey! Only for 4 weeks!" Snotlout said. Everybody say 'Eeew' except the twins who laughed. I just rolled my eyes and hugged Astrid.

"Ayeeee! Astrid likes Hiccup!" The twins teased. Astrid just rolled her eyes and punched the twins.

"Good! Uh could you kick my foot? I can't feel it" Ruffnut said pointing to his foot. Astrid just rolled her eyes and kicked his foot.

"Ahhh that feels better! Now I can feel it.... And the pain too!" He said smiling. When are they gonna get hurt? Seems like they are made of metal.

"Hiccup, can we g-go to DunBorch a-again t-to drink s-some h-hot chocolate?" Fishlegs said. I think Astrid doesn't like Fishlegs idea cause she stood up and glared at him.

"We are NEVER going back to DunBorch! EVER!" Astrid said which made me very confused. All she ver did was confuse me!

"Hey, hey, hey! Why? Is it because of Merida? Oh c'mon Astrid! She didn't do ANYTHING at all! So why would you hate her? She is nice and fun to hang out with! Why?" I said which made her furious. I gulped. HELP ME!

MAJOR ALERT : SHE. IS. COMING. CLOSER. TO. ME!

"You will never understand!" She said. I sweat even though its cold here. She backed away and went to her house. I sighed in relief.

"I can't believe you are afraid of girls!" Tuffnut said.

"Tss. He is ALWAYS afraid of girls!" Ruffnut said. I glared at him.

"Yeah right! I am ONLY afraid of Astrid. I am not afraid of you Tuffnut! And I am not afraid of Heather too! You judge to much!" I said rolling my eyes and they did the same.

A few minutes later. Astrid arrived with a tray of mugs. Let me count it, hmmmm. 6 mugs. She gave it to us. Its hot chocolate. I tasted it. Not bad but I like Merida's hot chocolate MUCH better.

"Thanks!" I said. Astrid just smiled and sat down next to me.

Hi guys! Yay! An update! Lets party! Just joking, I know its not Saturday or Sunday. But my dad said its okay to use my laptop now. But 3 times a week only. Yeah... But thats good news right? 1 Day added! Woohoo! Woop woop!

I think I am much happier than you are XD. This is a crappy chappie. I know boring and .....funny I guess? I am gonna tell you something, I AM A BAD JOKER. A really BAD joker! Super! I suck at it, I tried my best but still, I am the worst JOKER ever. EVER!

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this chapter and next updates are coming soon on Saturday or Sunday pr maybe next week cause I don't know what to write in chapter 9.

Its just the start so DON'T loose hope okay? I have to remind you guys every update so you won't loose hope. Cuz the last chapter is about hiccstrid to and not mericcup. And this too. Sorry but I'll think about more mericcup things. Its kinda hard cause they are far away from DunBorch.

But I'll think of some mericcup moments for the mericcup shippers here. Don't worry, I'll think of fangirling stuff like kissing...... JOKE! Hey its still the beggining and maybe the kisses will be in Chapter 20 or up, I guess?
