Part 8

Anna's POV

We are on our way to school and could feel the tears coming down my face. I just realized that I am going to have to face Nash and all of his friends calling me a slut, whore, hoe, ect. Cameron saw that I was crying and pulled over to the side of the road.

"What's wrong Anna?" he sounded so concerned and worried.

"What are they going to call me?" I sobbed.

"What do you mean? Why would they call you any names?" he asked.

"Nash" I simply say.

"If he does any thing and I mean any thing to hurt you I will hurt him. Okay?" he says protectedly.

"Okay. But it is starting to sound like a John Green book in here." I say giggling a little. He starts laughing too and then starts the car.

We arrive at the school and I walk in and feel like everyone is staring at me. I find my friends and Cameron joins us and I introduced him to everyone. I explained everything about yesterday they knew my past so they understood. I always say I'm not going back to Nash but never mean it but this time I did.

Great first block! Yay! Note the sarcasm. Nash was in there and I didn't want to hear his bullshit. But at least Sam and some other friends were in there with me. they would choose me over Nash wouldn't they?

I'm sitting in first block and then he comes in. Nash comes in looking drunk and tired. He sat down beside me and started talking.

"Hey slut" he says slurring his words.

"Nash just stop with your bullshit now before I hurt you." I say confidently back.

"And what would you do? Get that little perk to 'hurt me'" he says air quoting hurt me.

"First off he isn't a perk and second of why would I get him when I can hurt you myself you little bitch." I whisper to him.

After that he doesn't talk to me the whole class. I guess that is a good thing but he might be making a plan.

I head to second block which Cameron is in. Thank God! I walk in and sit down but Cameron isn't there yet so I just wait ,but class starts but he doesn't show up. What happened to him? But then one name pops into my head. Nash.

Cameron's POV

I was about to go to second block. My favorite block because Anna was in there. Dang I couldn't get my mind of her. She probably doesn't even like me. She probably thinks of me as just a friend but she is so beautiful and amazing.

Suddenly I feel two hands pull me into a room, the bathroom.

"What the hell man" I yell as we get into the bathroom.

"I told you to stay away from that little slut, did you have sex with her or something is that the only reason you like her is for the sex?" Nash yells back.

"I didn't have sex with her. I wouldn't take advantage of her like that." I reply.

"Bullshit" he yells at me.

"I didn't, you little bitch you are lucky I stopped yesterday or you would be in the hospital right now." I spit at him.

"You little perk think you can talk to me like that." he says punching me on the left side of my face.

I push him to the floor and start pounding my fist into him. He finds away out from under me and punches me in the nose which makes me hold my nose. he starts kicking me. I stop holding my nose when he starts kick my sides. I stand up and ram into him pushing him up against the wall and punching him again. Then this kid comes in ,I think his name is Matt, and pulls us off of each other. We both are both pretty beat up so I decide just to go home and rest.

*back at Cameron's house*

I was laying on my bed watching some YouTube videos when my phone rings.

"Hello" I say into the phone.

"WHERE THE HELL DID YOU GO I WAS SO FUCKING WORRIED?!?" Anna yells into the phone.

"Oh I'm just at home I didn't feel well so I just drove home." I lie to her. Well I wasn't feeling well so I wasn't really lying.

"Okay do you want to come over and hang out?" she asks.

"Why don't you come over here?" I say.

"Alright be there in about ten minutes. Okay?" she says.

"Okay" I say back.

"Okay" she says.

"This isn't a John Green book Anna." I laugh at her.

"Haha very funny well see ya." she says hanging up the phone.

I go into the bathroom to take a quick shower and get ready. When I walk in I look in the mirror and see my back eye and busted lip and bruised ribs.

"HOLY SHIT I FORGOT I LOOKED LIKE THIS!" I yell at the mirror.

I hop in the shower ,I winced at first but it felt good after awhile. I get out and I try to clean up my face. My nuckles were all bloody so I cleaned them too. It has been like six minutes since I talked to Anna so I got dressed and cleaned my room a little then went downstairs to the kitchen to get a bottled water when the doorbell rang.

I went to get the door. I knew it was Anna, so I didn't have to check.

"Hey" I say as Anna walks in.

"What happened to your face?!?" she says concerned grabbing my face.

"Oh this I was born this way if you have a problem with it you going to have to leave." I say laughing.

"Cameron!" she says with annoyance.

"I just fell on a the stairs and hit my eye." I lie.

"Cameron I know that is not true." she says to be still holding my face. I look in to her beautiful blue eyes and just smile cause who can not smile while looking at her eyes?

"It's nothing don't worry." I walk to the kitchen.

"Okay then so what are we going to do?" She asks me.

"Do you want to play a game or maybe watch a movie?" I say grinning at her.

"What game?" she ask.

"Monopoly, Trouble, Sorry, or we could play basketball or soccer." I tell her.

"Hmm soccer." she says.

"Really" I say confused.

"Yeah I like soccer." she says.

"Okay then" I say walking outside.

"Oh but wait I can't wear this so I guess we have to play monopoly." she says sadly.

"You can borrow a pair of mine." I say to her.

"Okay thanks" she says I bit happier.

We go upstairs to my room. I hand her some basketball shorts that are a little too short on me and she keeps her shirt on. I turn around so she can change. She is done but I didn't know and she comes up to me and wraps her arms around me ,like I did to her this morning. But she kisses me on the cheek and I just smile.

"Thanks for the shorts." she says after she kisses me.

"You are very welcome Anna wait what is your middle name?" I say.

"Lee why?" she replies.

"I was just wondering Anna Lee." I say and she just stands there blushing. She is so adorable.

"Okay well let's go play." she says walking to the door. This is my time I have to ,no Cam you can't ,but I have too.
