Anna's POV

I was walking to leave Cameron's room when Cameron grabbed my wrist and turned me around to face him. Suddenly his lips came crashing into mine. I couldn't help but kiss back. He pulls away and looks down at me because he was a few inches taller than me.

"Sorry" he apologies looking down at his feet.

"Don't apologize." I say to him lifting his head up to look at me.

"But you just got out of a relationship and you don't like me li-" I interrupt him by pressing my lips to his once again.

"I like you but you are right I just got of a relationship. But if you still like me and I still like you when I get ready to date again then maybe we can have something." I say smiling at him.

"I will promise." he says "now how about some football." he says trying to do a British accent. That was the cutest thing ever.

--two weeks later--

"Hey guys what's up?" I talk to my best friends Hailey, Brookelyn(Brookey), Sam,and Cameron on oovoo.

"I'm bored af." Cameron yells.

"PICKLES!!" Hailey yells at Cameron.

Pickles is our code word if her parents walk in because her parents don't like cussing yet I'm best friends with her.

"Sup Mr. N!" I yell at her dad.

"Yo yo yo Anna." he replies.

Hailey's dad and my dad are those dads that try to act cool but fail terribly.

Everyone giggles. when her dad leaves we start bust out laughing.

"Cameron I said pickles like 2 minutes ago!" Hailey yells at him.

"Sorry I was just saying." he apologizes.

"So y'all want to come to our house watch a movie?" me and Sam say together.

"HELL YES" Cameron yells.

"CAMERON STOP CUSSING YOU LITTLE HOE!" Hailey yells at him.

"Okay so is that a yes from everyone?" I ask.

"Yeah but can I bring Spencer?" Brookelyn ask.

Spencer is her boyfriend for about 6 months now the started dating before school let out.

"Sure" I say to her. "so it's a date" I say.

"Who's my date?" Cameron asks me.

"Sam! Sorry Hailey is all mine." I joke.

"But" he says then quickly we all hang up the phone.

--later at Anna's house--

"What was that earlier between you and Cameron?" Hailey ask as we pop some popcorn.

"I don't know what you are talking about" I inform her.

"Yes you do." She says.

"What part are you talking about?" I was really confused about what she was talking about.

"You hanging up before he can finish." she said.

"Oh I already knew what he was going to say so why did I need to hear it." I reply.

"When are you going to date? You guys would be so cute. And you both like each other. Wait you do like him don't you?" she says to me grabbing the popcorn.

I mean I like him but we got so close over the two weeks and what if our relationship doesn't work out? I don't want our friendship to be ruined. He was like my guy best friend other than Sam.
