(Alison POV)
I can feel someone's presence watching me. I turn onto my left side and open my right eye. The shadows are dark but I can tell who it is.
"What are you guys doing up?" I whisper as the twins look down on me.
"Mommy I had a nightmare, can we sleep with you?" Lily asks.
"What are you doing up Asher?" I ask.
"Lily woke me up and I can't sleep." He says.
"Of course you can." I say and pat the bed in between Emily and I.
"Thank you mommy." They whisper and snuggle into bed with me.
I turn to face them.
Asher is laying snuggled against Emilys back and Lily is staring at me.
I smile and put my arms around her and pull her close and kiss her forehead.
"Bonne nuit mon amour." I whisper.
She smiles and snuggles her face into my chest.
We fall asleep.
3 hours later...
I am awoken by sunlight and Emily is downstairs making breakfast. I look at the kids and Lily is awake and Asher is cuddling her while sucking his thumb, something we've tried to break him from for a long time.
"Hey, lil. Wanna come downstairs with me?" I ask.
She shakes her head no and I nod and walk downstairs.
I see Emily making breakfast.
"Good morning Babe." She says as she looks up from making french toast with her glasses on. Her glasses are so sexy.
"Good morning." I say and kiss her cheek while I wrap my arms around her.
Knowing the kids will be up soon, I get our plates and silverware and put them all on the table.
I fill cups with orange juice and cut up fruit.
"Hey Ali?" I hear Emily ask.
"Yeah em?" I ask.
"My hands are full of the egg stiff from the french toast, can you help me with something?" She asks.
I walk over to her.
"Yes?" I say.
"Can you push my glasses up please?" She asks.
I smile and push her glasses along the bridge of her nose and then kiss her nose.
"Thank you." She says.
"De rien." I say.
Emily smiles shyly. I look from her eyes to her lips and then realize she's slowly moving in and vise versa. Our lips meet.
"Good morning mommies." We hear as we break apart.
"Good morning lil." Emily says.
"Good morning Lilybug, are you hungry?" I ask as I start to make her a plate.
"Yes mommy." She says.
"Okay, sit at the table." I say.
Later Asher wakes up and eats with us.
"Mama, what are we gonna do today?" Asher asks.
"You guys are going to have fun at the aquarium with auntie Spencer. Does that sound fun?" Emily asks them.
"Yeah, but where are you going to be?" Lily asks.
"Mommy has a doctors appointment." Emily says.
