(Alison POV)
"Ali, what is the temperature outside?" Emily asks.
"Umm, I think it's like 70°f ish..." I say.
"Wow. For it being September, I thought it would be colder." She says.
"Nope. If it were any colder, we wouldn't be getting these pics done even though they'll be taken inside." I say.
"Okay." She says as she helps pack some of the props and baby things.
(A few hours later.)
"Appointment for DiLaurentis?" The photographer asks.
"Yes, we're here to get newborn pictures." I say with a smile.
"Perfect!" She exclaimes.
(In the studio.)
"Okay, so we need to get these different shots. Do you have props?" The photographer asks.
"Yeah, can we start off with these little wraps?" Emily asks.
"Sure, they're perfect." The photographer says.
"I have this little head band for Lily. Can we use it?" I ask.
"Of course, they're your pictures and your babies. It'll look wonderful."
"Thank you." I say as I gently slide the headband onto Lily's head and then kiss her forehead.
"Okay, do you want to get started?" The photographer asks.
"Yes please." Emily says.
We took like 50 pictures. Just of the few angles that the babies were in those outfits. We're finally done.
"Thank you, your pictures will be ready on Wednesday. I will call you when they're ready." The photographer says with a smile.
"Yes, Thank you." Emily and I almost say in sync.
Emily and I walk out of the studio with the babies all dressed and in their double stroller.
"Shall we go to the café down the street?" Emily asks.
"Yeah, sure." I say.
Emily and I start walking to the café.
We finally get here and I see Addison and Claire and a few of their other friends.
"Girls, hi." I say with a smile.
"Hi Mrs.DiLaurentis." They say.
"Addison, Claire, how have things been?" I ask.
"Umm, fine." They say quietly.
"Any more texts?" I ask.
Nobody says anything. They just look at eachother. Just then, Emily walks up with the babies.
"Oh my god." Willa says as her eyes widen at the sight of the babies.
"Are they the babies?" Addison asks.
"Yep, girls, meet Lily and Asher." I say with a smile and then look up at Emily as she's looking at the girls with a smile.
"Congratulations!" They all say.
"Thanks, were so blessed." Emily says.
Just then, Lily starts to get fussy so I take her from the stroller and sit on the couch.
"Em, can you grab a bottle from the bag?" I ask as I cradle Lily in my arms.
"Oh my gosh you guys are all so cute!" Addison says.
"Thanks." I say with a smile.
Just then Emily gives me a bottle.
"Thank you." I say and peck her on the lips.
The girls smile watching me with Lily.
"What?" I ask them with a small giggle.
"Nothing, you both are just such good moms. I wish my parents were more like you guys." Addison says.
"Thank you. We wanted to be different. I never had a good family growing up. They weren't really very loving. They still aren't. They don't know how to really show emotion. I was a lot like you in highschool Addison. I was probably worse than you, no offense." I say.
"No, it's okay." Addison says.
"If you guys ever need help, don't be afraid to ask." I say.
"Thank you Mrs. DiLaurentis and you too Mrs. Fields." The girls say.
"You're welcome." Emily says.
"Oh my gosh they're just so cute." Claire says gushing.
"Haha, thank you." I say while snuggling Lily close.
"Do you mind if I hold Asher?" Willa asks.
"Yeah, sure. If you want, one of you can hold Lily when she's done too." I say.
"Em, can you give Asher to Willa? Please Willa, be very gentle with him." I say in a serious but nice tone.
"Of course." She says as she's handed Asher.
"Oh my gosh he's so tiny." She says.
"He's around nine lbs now." Emily says.
"I feel like they're getting so big." I say with a pouty face. I feel Lily release the bottle nipple and I know she's done eating.
"Em, can you stay here and I'll order. Who wants to hold Lily?" I ask.
Addison raises her hand a little bit and I hand her Lily.
"Please be careful with her head." I say.
"I will." She says and smiles down at Lily.
"Okay. Em, I'm going to go get our order." I say with a smile and peck her lips as I walk away.
I walk over to the cashier.
"Hello, what can I get you?" He asks.
"Hey, can I get two blueberry scones, one americano, and one skinny vanilla latte please?" I ask.
"Sure, That will be $8.95 please." He says.
I hand him the money and watch the girls and my family as I wait for our food.
"Thank you." I say as I grab out food and bring it to Emily.
"I'm sorry girls, but we have to go." I say.
"Okay." They say in unison.
I take Asher from Willa and Emily takes Lily from Addison and we put them in their stroller.
"This was fun guys, bye." I say with a smile and my dimples showing with a little wave.
"Bye guys." Emily says as she pushes the stroller.
"Bye." They say in unison.
Emily and I eat on our walk back home.
"Mmm this scone is so good." I say and emily nods in response.
"Thats why I love you." She says.
"What?" I ask confused.
"The cute things you do. The moaning you do when you eat something good. Your dimples when you smile. Your clumsiness. Just some awesome quirks." She says.
I giggle. "I love you." I say as we stop in the middle of the sidewalk and share a passionate kiss.
"I love you too." She says.
