(Alison POV)
1 month later.
Pam is watching the twins today while I get the insemination done.
As of now, I'm half naked from the waist down laying on a hospital table while a nurse sits between my legs and Emily holds my hand.
"Alright Mrs.Fields. Are you ready?" She asks with the sperm in one hand and the catheter looking thing in the other.
I look up at Emily and she smiles encouragingly down at me.
"Yes." I say and nod my head.
The nurse looks prepares my lower half and slowly slides the catheter thing in.
"You may feel a slight cramp in your uterus." She says and I nod.
"Would you like to inseminate the sperm, Emily?" The nurse asks.
Emily looks at me wide eyed and then looks at the nurse and nods and smiles brightly.
She makes her way to my lower half.
"Oh my god it looks so cool." She says.
The nurse did something to my lower half, I don't know what she did though.
"I'm gonna do it now, okay Ali?" Emily asks.
I smile and nod.
Then I feel all of the juices spill into me.
Emily returns to my side and holds my hand as the nurse pulls the inseminator thing out.
"Okay, I'm going to lift the bottom half of the bed up and you can just sit here and relax for an hour, I'll come and tell you when you're ready." She says.
"Okay, Thank you." I say.
After the nurse leaves the room, Emily turns to me smiling goofily.
"What?" I ask with a laugh.
"I just impregnated you." She says.
I start laughing.
About an hour later the nurse checks everything and we're all set to leave.
We leave the office to pick up the twins.
We get to Pam's and the kids and Pam are outside. Pam now lives near a river since we are in Beacon Heights.
Lily sprints to Emily and I.
"Mommy! Mama! Look what I caught!" She says as she smiles widely. Pam and Asher are sitting on the rocks near the banks.
"C'est une escargot." I say and look at the little snail in Lily's hands.
"Oui maman!" She says.
We taught her and Asher French as their second language when they were around three.
"Okay, Lily. Put him back please. We've gotta get home." I say.
I walk over to Pam while the twins pack their stuff up.
"Thank you so much, Pam for watching them." I say and hug her.
"No problem Ali." She says as we break the hug. Then Emily hugs her mom as the twins get back to me.
"Okay guys, lets get in the car." I say and help them buckle into their seats.
We get into the car and Emily drives home.
"Mommy?" I hear Asher's sweet voice call out from behind Emilys seat.
"Yeah, Baby?" I ask.
"Can we play a game?" He asks.
