(Alison's POV)
It's been one month since the babies have been born. I love them so much but they can be a handful. That's why tonight I have a special night planned to spoil her and I. My plans are to take us to dinner at my favorite Italian place, Sivardis, then, check into a hotel and go swimming and get massages and tomorrow do a little shopping before we go back home to the twins. Ezra and Aria know my plans so they will be watching Lily and Asher tonight.
I go downstairs to make Emily and I some breakfast while she showers and gets ready for the day.
"Good morning beautiful." I hear as I feel her arms wrap around my waist.
"Mmm... good morning Gorgeous." I say and put my arms on hers. "Did you feed the twins?" I ask.
"Yes, I fed them before my shower." She says in her beautiful red dress.
"Oh great." I say shortly.
I can tell she suspects something.
"I have a teacher meeting today, we're talking about summer doing school. I think I want to help. It usually starts from 12:00pm to 2:00pm so do you think you could handle the babies for 2 hours a day? I only have it on Mondays, Thursday's and Fridays." I say.
"Yeah, I can handle that." She says.
"Okay, I have to get ready to go, I love you." I say and kiss her on the cheek after we ate breakfast.
(Emily POV)
She kissed me on the cheek. THE CHEEK. She never kisses me on the cheek. It's always the peck on the lips. And why did she run out like that?! Ugh! I need to know, but I have the babies. I decide to get the babies ready for the day while waiting for Ali to come home.
I change Lily's diaper and she makes funny sounds like she's going to laugh.
"C'mon baby girl! You can do it!" I say and start to tickle her little belly.
She smiles an amazing gummy smile and gurgles happily.
"Oooh how I love you." I say and kiss her little cheeks while stroking her blonde hair.
I then feed Lily as Asher has some tummy time on his baby mat.
After Lily is done eating, I lay her down to take her daily nap and pick up Asher.
I change Asher's diaper and he giggles.
"Don't you dare pee on me, bud." I say and cover his parts with a wipe.
"Not this time." I say thinking back to two weeks ago when he peed on me. Ali laughed at me. It was not funny. Oh well. C'est la vie.
I finally grabbed the diaper, put it on him and then put his pants back on him. Fed him, then put him down for a nap too. They're both asleep. Finally, I get to clean the house! Never thought I would be so excited about that.
(Alison POV)
I go to the hotel and make reservations. I walk out after setting everything up and Hanna sees me. Great.
"Hey Ali!" Hanna says.
"Hey han." I say.
"What're you doing here? Where's em and the babies?" She asks.
"They're at home." I say. I don't want to tell her because her yap never shuts.
"Oh, want to get a drink?" She asks.
"Sorry Han. I have to go back now." I said.
"Oh, okay. It's too bad. Have a good day al." She says.
"You too Han." I say and give her a quick hug.
"Bye." She says and I wave and walk back to the car.
I make my way to Sivardi's and place a reservation there. I see Spencer. Great.
"Hey al, what's got you here?" She asks.
"Oh, I was just getting Emily some food here. She really wanted some chicken Alfredo." I say.
"Oh, well I'll leave you to it." She says.
"Bye Spence." I say and give her a hug.
"Bye al." She says.
And I go back to my car. Then I go to the kissing rock. I make a romantic little get away spot for us. I light some candles, put down a few blankets, pillows and some rose pedals.
I go back to the car and head back home. It's nearly 4:00 pm.
(Emilys POV)
It's 4:00 pm and she's still not home. I called her like 5 times. Ugh! I be been looking after the babies all day by myself.
Just then Ali walks in the door.
"Where have you been?! I was so worried! I was here all day with the babies by myself! I love them so much but they're so exhausting to take care of alone." I say.
"I'm sorry babe." She says and comes to hug me.
"Why were you gone for so long?" I ask sadly.
"I can't tell you." She says.
"What?" I say.
"Just wait until 5:00pm. You'll understand.
"45 minutes?" I ask.
"Yes. Aria and Ezra will be here then." She says.
"Oh, we're not going anywhere until you tell me what's going on." I say. "Hanna called me earlier. Said that you were at the Terrace. Then Spencer said that you were at Sivardi's, getting ME food." I say.
"Remind me to never throw you a surprise party." She says.
"I had this whole romantic evening planned." She says with tears forming in her eyes.
"Wait, we were going on a date? Is that why you've been so secretive lately?" I ask.
"Well, will you go on a date with me?" She asks.
"Yes." I say and kiss her lips passionately.
"Good, how much milk do you have pumped?" She asks.
"Enough to last overnight." I say.
"Good. Because we'll be back tomorrow by 12:00pm. At most." She says.
"Okay." I say.
We start packing and then the babies wake up hungry so I feed them as Ali packs the rest of our stuff.
"I love you." She says.
"I love you too." I say
We kiss and then Aria and Ezra come over and watch the babies and we head out. It's so sad leaving the babies but I know that they're going to be very well taken care of so I'm not too worried.
