Guuuuuuys! Look what happened to me! Jack Gilinsky actually liked my comment. I really really love the music of Jack&Jack and especially their new song 'I don't know' so when I got that notification I was kinda starstruck :) I'm so happy, I have the feeling like I have to share this experience with the whole world :D

________________________________

I wake up to the blinding sunbeams flooding into the room through the little window across from me. I look to my right, spotting Theo still asleep in the same sitting position I remember he posed last night.

After we have shared our thoughts about each other, we sat down and talked some more until we apparently fell asleep.

I stand up quietly, not wanting to wake him up.

Before I grab my leather jacket, I send him one last glance, smiling at how cute he looks right now. It really takes all my power to not just take my phone out and make a picture of him, so I quickly leave the building before his cuteness gets the better of me.

I get in my car and throw my jacket in the backseat before digging into the pocket of my jeans about to pull my phone out. There must be loads of texts from Stiles, so the faster I reply to them the better. Who knows which scenario the boy's brain dreamed up this time in order to worry him.

When I can't feel my phone in any of my back pockets, I slightly start to panic. I turn around, bend forward and grab my jacket again. The phone has to be in its pockets. Where else should it be?

I hastily scan it before digging in these pockets as well, but nothing.

"Shit." I swear while putting my hands on the wheel, thinking about where my phone could be.

Did I lost it in hospital?

Wait, that's not possible.
I remember playing with it in the animal clinic when I was still angry at Theo.

I open the car door again and step out of it with a sigh.

I swear, I'd lose my head too if it wasn't attached.

After I have walked the few metres back to the back door, I open it quietly since I don't want to wake up Theo.

Just as I want to step in, I apprehend Theo's voice.

"Checking up on me?"

Before I can respond he continues to speak.
"You can't tell me you don't wanna know who's taking the bodies."

I knit my eyebrows in confusion and step out of the door again, leaving it ajar so I'm more hidden. Who is he talking to? Obviously not to me.

"Inconsequential." responds a blurred voice.

My jaw drops in disbelief.

"Why?" Theo continues. "You don't care that someone's running off with your little failed science experiments?"

I wait for an answer of the Dread Doctor but hear nothing besides heavy breathing.

"You already know who's taking them. Did you forget that you were supposed to keep me in the loop on everything?"

"Inconsequential." the voice resonates again.

"Not to me!" Theo states in a harsh and loud tone.

Suddenly my phone starts to vibrate somewhere in the room, what doesn't go unnoticed by me nor Theo. I can see him through the slit walking towards it and taking it into his hands, so I push open the door and step in as well.

I lean against the door frame with my arms crossed over my chest and let out a sarcastic airy laugh.

"So that's the state of affairs. A sad one actually." I say with my lips in a firm line.

"What are you talking about?"

"Do you take me for a fool?" I scowl. "Do you really think I'm actually that dumb? -Wait. Of course you do. And I actually am. At least dumb enough to trust you and to believe you when you said you like me."

"Let me explain." He says while I approach him.

"I'm not interested in hearing any of your words since all that's coming out of your mouth are lies. Now give me my fucking phone."

Theo chuckles and lets my phone slip into his pocket.

Suddenly, in a blink of an eye, I am pushed against the wall. Theo's hands rest on each side next to my head.
"That wasn't really nice of you."

"Huh. Weird. That's not what I intended." I state sarcastically. "I tell you one last time Theo. Give. Me. My. Phone. Otherwise-"

"Otherwise what?" Theo interrupts me. "You probably can scare off the others of the pack. But not me. I know you. You pretend to be tough and snappy and all, just to hide your real feelings. To hide the fact that your actually really sensible. You act like you don't care what people think about you, but in truth it's the exact opposite. Am I right?"

My gaze focused unwittingly on the floor during Theo's speech. Somehow his words hit me a bit. I mean, of course I care what people think about me. Being a werewolf doesn't automatically mean I'm not human anymore. And therefore I'm also affected by feelings every other teenage girl experiences too. But I just try to not let any negative words darken my mind or the way I think about myself.

Obviously, Theo takes me remaining quiet as his cue to continue.

"Don't be so dramatic. I want you by my side, so just hear me out for a second. Afterwards you will understand that it's better for you to be with me. You wouldn't have to pretend to be someone else and I could help you to find Kate Argent." He whispers in my ear.

Theo removes his hand from the wall and grabs my chin softly before crushing his lips on mine. But I pull back in an instant.

Does he really think he could break me that easily? Well, then he should think again.

"Save the sweet-talk and kisses for someone else." I state before kneeing him in his manhood.

Theo stumbles back while doubling over and immediately puts his hands over his private part.

Thinking about it again how he has tried to manipulate my mind by attempting to make me think less about myself, I decide to not let him get away with it so easily.

I close the gap between us again by taking a few steps forward and push Theo to the ground.
With a smirk on my face, I dig into Theo's pocket and pull out my phone which vibrated several times during the 'talk'.

"Took it easy on ya." I wink and turn around, making my way back to the door.
