Why don't we switch things up a bit in the Phantom Phandom?
How about a time traveling book!!
This story is about a girl named Faith who is in love the broadway hit, "The Phantom of the Opera". Not only the show, but the whole background of the Ph...
After her fit of fangirling, Faith recouped and helped gather the dozens of outfits Erik had liked. She was surprised that he liked more than four of them, they were quite scandalous compared to the nineteenth century style. She also realized, that under the silk white shirts and black slacks, there was a smoking hot model that was waiting to be released. If Erik had felt like it, Faith wouldve definitely made him strut his stuff down the aisles of the shop.
Grunting at the effort, Faith set down the piles of jeans, she had, on the counter. Erik nonchalantly put his way heavier piles on top, earning a glare from his significant other.
Mary smiled to herself as she watched it all play out. They didnt know it, but this young couple acted as if they had been married for decades. She hoped and prayed that Erik would stay around, he was such a good match for Faith. She hadnt seen her this happy in a long, long time.
After bagging everything up, Mary gave the total. Because she enjoyed this young pair so much, she gave them a few under the counter discounts. Faith smirked at this, thanking her bashfully as she handed Mary her card. Erik stood, fascinated, as a rectangular piece of plastic let them to be able to purchase so many items of attire without money.
"Faith." He leaned in, whispering in her ear, "Where's the money?"
She giggled, whispering back, "It's in my account, it's what the card is connected to."
His brows furrowed, "There' a bank in the card?"
She bit her lip to keep her from laughing at his innocent question, "No, love. Technology now lets the card's number to be able to transfer through the computer to the bank. It's super hard to explain, I'm afraid I'm not the best at doing so."
Still baffled, Erik slowly nodded. He supposed there were going to be some twenty-first-century mysteries he would never understand.
Mary gave Faith the receipt, then said her goodbye to the two, "It was so nice meeting you, Mr. Destler! I hope your meeting with Mr. and Mrs. Mathes goes splendidly!" She cooed, shaking his hand.
Faith had told her that he was meeting her parents today as he was changing into his last set of clothes, which he is actually wearing now.

Smiling to herself, Faith silently approved of this outfit. It was quite classy but modern. Erik seemed to like it too, she had caught him catching glimpses of himself in the mirrors of the store.
Finally, the couple made their way outside. Cold, brisk air brushed against their skin as Erik held the door open for Faith. Being the gentleman he is, he also refused to let her carry any of the three bags of clothes.
"Erik, I'm perfectly capable of carrying one." Faith mumbled, trying to grab a bag from his grasp.
Without any effort, the Phantom lifted his arm just enough out of her reach, causing her not being able to grab the targeted bag.
