Christmas

It was finally Christmas, the snow was slowly falling to earth covering everything, Yugi had got all his Christmas shopping done in time there days before Christmas, he finally gotten Yami some presents along with his friends it was so hard to get Bakura and Marik something that did not involve dangerous things like knives and guns since he wouldn't of been able to get those dangerous things. He asked Ryou and Malik for help to find presents for the two crazy friends of his, he was able to get some harmless prank toys that they could use on them and other people, Yugi was back home wrapping all of his friends' and boyfriend's gifts then placed them under the tree till Christmas Day, they all decided to meet at Aknamkanon's house since it was bigger for everyone, Yugi was really excited to give Yami his gift, he hoped he liked it.
At Aknamkanon's place Yami was having a little trouble wrapping, getting the tape stuck to his fingers or arm, the wrapping paper kept moving and ripping he was never good at wrapping only helped his mother by taping or making the bows, Aknamkanon was watching from his recliner in amusement" I am surprised you didn't get your mother's talent on wrapping presents since you always helped her every year" Yami groans" she made it look so easy.." he looked at the awful bow he tried to make for Yugi's present but it was looks like a ball of ribbon, he finished all his wrapping and placed them under the tree and looks at his father" are you sure it was alright to give him that important item?" Aknamkanon smiles and nods" I trust the boy and I know he will keep it safe, it was your ancestor who wore it during his time as pharaoh, so it makes sense to give it to him," he turns on the TV and watches a Christmas show as he puffed on his pipe (A/N: know what it is ;).

It was Christmas Day! Everyone spent the night over at the mansion on Christmas Eve, enjoying each other's company, singing, kissing under the mistletoe which was mostly Bakura with Ryou and Malik with Marik, Yami would steal some kisses from Yugi when he got the chance and each time Yugi would blush; he was taking speech and hearing therapy to get his speech better and making sure his ears were doing ok and how well they are healing; Yami would go to every appointment Yugi had and waited out in the waiting for 2 hours and he didn't mind it because he loved Yugi very much and wanted to be there to support his lover, after breakfast it was now present time, Yami played Santa and passed out all the gifts to the right person, they agreed to open them one at a time and let everyone see what they got. They all had a few laughs and getting embarrassing toys (A/N: WINK WINK) Yugi opened the present that had Dark Magician wrapping paper on it, he ripped the paper and opened the lid and gasped, slowly taking out an upside down pyramid with an eye in the middle it looked like it was a puzzle cause of the lines around it, it was hanging on a thick chain just glowing in the light. Yami smiles and looks at his lover" that's been in my family for five thousand years, my great (x5) grandfather put it together and when he finished it he wore it, he was a pharaoh and after he died it got passed down from pharaoh to pharaoh who were in the Sennen bloodline. Then when the day of pharaoh came to an end, it was placed in a clear case till it reached me, I decided to give it to you as a Christmas present because you are my most prized and newest treasure and I want my two treasures together" Yugi cried and hugged his boyfriend" thank you Yami! This is... Just wow I can't believe you are giving me such an important item that has been in your family for such a long time..." he puts it on, it felt heavy on his neck but he loved the feeling and held it close" I won't take it off" he kisses Yami deeply, everyone smiled and awed except Bakura and Malik who pretended to gag thus receiving hits on the back of the head from their lovers, they laughed at their misfortune and continued on with Christmas, it was a wonderful year, Yugi meet the perfect man who accepted his deafness, stayed by his side through the hardships and helped him after his operation, giving him support and helping. He met great friends also, Aknamkanon who he looked at like a father and that made him really happy that everyone that was in this room accepted his disability and been by his side during his recovery also, Yugi smiled' its so nice to have such great friends, a father figure, a grandfather who helped me since day one of my life, and most importantly a great man that has stood by my side and helped me through obstacles and bad times. It was all thanks to that one day he walked into the store and into my life.' Yami opened his presents form his friends, he threw the box at Malik and Bakura, pissed at what they got him" you bunch of old man pervs!" They both laughed hard, Yami took Yugi's gift and opened it, it was some curve tear drop that was white with a black dot. Yugi smiles " that's Yang, the light side of the Ying and Yang symbol from China" he shows Yami his, It was black with a white dot" mine's Yin the dark side, they are like the opposite of one another, we are like light and dark, sun and moon. We have opposite things to light but it also makes us complete cause of the different traits we have, like the saying opposites attract" Yami hugs Yugi and kisses him deeply" I love it Yugi, thank you so much" all and all it was the perfect Christmas for everyone.
