Xander

"Hiro, I would like you to meet my brother, Xander."

"Hello, Hiro. How's school?"

"School's alright...for now."

HIro's face was saddened. Oh no...I shouldn't have asked that .

 "Moving on...how long have you been friends with my brother?"

"Around five months."

Xavier: "Anyways, my brother is five years older than me. Quite a difference, isn't it?"

"Really? I never knew that he'd be that old."

"Excuse me, I am not THAT old."

"Hiro, my brother doesn't like that response. Please, be more careful with your words."

"Xander, I'm really sorry for that."

"It's alright, I forgive you. Anyways, Xavier, what else may I assist to you?”

“Oh, right, I interrupted you from your study. You can continue now.”

“It’s getting late, Xavier. What about Hiro? His mother might be looking for him.”

“Don’t worry.  He’ll be leaving very soon.”

Xavier showed a few more things, then Hiro started to say goodbye.

“Well…Thank you for showing me around. See you on Monday!”

Hiro waved his hand and started to leave.

“Good. Have a safe trip!” By the time I said this, he already left.

“Xavier. I have something to tell you.”

“Yes?”

“I’ll be having a field trip next month. Don’t worry too much about me, okay?”

“What do you mean by that? It’s not as if you’re going to be gone for a long time, right?”

“I’m just reminding you. The last time I had a field trip, you were really worried.”

“Right…anyways, let’s go to our rooms. By the way, what is the field trip about?”

“It is about a mountain in kingdom Tranquillo. Our section’s task is to observe the different kinds of animals there.”

“That sounds like fun! I wish I could go with you.”

“Yeah…then it would be more fun. But you can’t come with me. It’s only for those in grade five.”

“Well, we’re close to our room. Good night, brother.”

“Good night, Xavier.”

I turned off the light.
