Demi's POV
It's been a week since everything went down and surprisingly there has been no sight or contact with Wilmer and my family and friends are all safe and well. As for me I'm still battling with trying to stay clean and not get back into my old habits, I told Mar everything and she's never left my side since then.
"I still can't believe you let this go on for four years and you didn't say anything to anyone," Mar said
I rolled my eyes as this was probably the millionth time I've heard the same thing in this past week.
"For the millionth time I am sorry honestly,"
"Sorry doesn't excuse all of this we could've saved you from it all and you wouldn't have been hurt,"
"Well that wasn't the way things turned out now is it so just drop it and move on,"
She nodded and slouched down on the couch next to me, she held my hand in her own and smiled at me.
"I just can't think of what I would've done if I lost you,"
I felt horrible for snapping at her and getting angry when I know all she had was good intentions. I love Mar so much she is my sister, my other half and I know that if I ever lost her I would've lost my other half and I wouldn't be able to function.
"You're never going to lose me,"
"I hope not," she smiled and I pulled her into a tight hug
"Love you Dems,"
"Love you more,"
We focused our attention back on to the tv when Mar asked a question I was hoping wouldn't pop up.
"So who is this mysterious girl?" she questioned
"Serena," I replied
"Do you like her?"
"Mar I hardly know the girl,"
"But you like her?"
"I don't know she's the complete opposite of me yet something pulls me in,"
"So you like her?"
"Maybe, I don't know," I whined
"What's keeping you from her?"
"I don't know if she's a lesbian, she smokes, she comes across as a player and I'm not ready for a relationship,"
"Ask her and I guess if you really like her you have to make some sacrifices and watch her to see if she is a player and getting to know her doesn't mean your in a relationship,"
"I'm not just going to ask her and I hate smoking you know that,"
"I know you do but maybe you could make her stop," Mar nudged my arm wiggling her eyebrows
"That's inappropriate," I giggled
"I'm just speaking the truth here,"
"I haven't seen her anyway since the day after the accident,"
"Call her," Mar said
"No way are you crazy!" I exclaimed
"Okay whatever,"
I shook my head and Mar stood up and walked into the kitchen, I turned on the tv and started watching Orange Is The New Black when I heard a muffled voice coming from the kitchen. I stood up and slowly walked towards the kitchen and I saw that Mar was on the phone so I walked back but then something clicked in my brain, that wasn't her phone that was my phone.
I ran to the kitchen and jumped on Mar's back but that didn't seem to make her stop talking, I tried to grab the phone off her ear but she had a tight hold of both my hands and I couldn't move.
Finally she closed the phone and had a huge smile plastered on her face.
"What the hell did you do!"
"You've got a 'date' with Serena," Mar smiled and hugged me
"Are you joking?" I questioned not sure I heard correctly
"Not at all,"
"When and where?"
"Tomorrow night, 7 and she said it will be a surprise,"
"Mar I told you I'm not ready to date,"
"I know you're not but just pretend it's not like a date just get to know her and laugh with her and have a good time,"
"Thankyou," I smiled sincerely
"Anything for you,"
Serena's POV
"Jacob guess what!" I called out
"What?" he asked running up to my room
"I've got a date with Demi," I smiled
"That's it good girl now this bet will be over sooner than later,"
"You know I haven't got feelings for her," I pointed out
"Yeah I know,"
"Then what the hell is the point of all this,"
"Just for fun and to see if your up for messing with a pop star,"
"I can do anything," I smiled
"I know," he chuckled walking out of my room
I actually got a date with Demi, I'm actually excited for this and I want it to be perfect. Why? Why? Why? Because I feel bad I answer myself in my head, because I feel bad...
"Serena come down here now!" Niko called out
I ran down the stairs and they were all crowded around the front door, "What's up guys?"
"Read this," Josh handed me a piece of paper and on the front it read 'The Four Sins'
"What is this?" I questioned
"Why don't you open it and read it," Josh snapped
I rolled my eyes at the way he was still acting about this whole bet but I focused on the letter that they gave me.
'Meet us tonight at our old spot and bring some toys for our games~ 'The Blood Brothers'
"Toys are guns and knifes and god knows what else," Niko said
"I figured dumbass,"
What the hell are we going to do..
