Chapter 14

Serena's POV

"I think there's a part of me that is falling for her," I whispered to Josh frustrated at myself.

"Why are you so mad about it?"

"Because I can't fall in love, I can't let my walls fall down, I've worked to hard to keep them up and guarded,"

"Serena you can't keep your walls up forever so what else is the reason?"

"I'm scared," I mumbled but I know Josh heard me.

"What are you scared of?"

"I'm scared if falling in love with her, of craving her every second of every day, of needing her and being addicted to her,"

A tear escaped my eye just thinking about all this and how open I'm being right now but I need to let it out, "I'm scared of missing her more than I can handle, of losing her, of not being enough and of seeing my insufficiency in her eyes,"

Without a word Josh's arms were wrapped around me and for the first time in a long time I broke, I let everything out, all the emotions I've kept bottled inside of me just came out.

"Go tell her," Josh said.

"What?"

"Go tell Demi, tell her everything and be honest,"

"I don't think I can," I said.

"I know you can Serena you're one of the most strongest people I've ever met, I know you can,"

I smiled and nodded, maybe I could do this.

Then my thoughts drifted to the bet... That god damn stupid bet!

"The bet," I said and Josh's head snapped up looking straight at me.

"I'll fix it,"

"Thankyou Josh," I hugged him tightly and ruffled his hair before leaving to go to Demi's.

My palms were sweating and I felt myself getting dizzy but I wanted to do this. Maybe Demi might be the reason I change..

I pressed her apartment number and she buzzed me in, I walked up the stairs and waiting at the door was Demi, god she looked beautiful in sweatpants and a hoodie.

I smiled as she brought me into a hug, her smell was intoxicating and I was addicted already.

"Come in," she smiled stepping aside.

I walked in and out of all the times that I've could've been clumsy it had to be now, I tripped over my own two feet and fell flat on my face.

Demi's laughter filled the room and something felt weird in my stomach, I looked up to her and I watched as she held her stomach as she continued to laugh. I'm in love with her.

"Oh god sorry let me help," Demi said reaching for my hand and pulling me up.

I couldn't stop looking at her, this feeling inside me was something I've never felt but I understand what it is. It's those feelings that people feel when they're in love, when they feel like without this person they couldn't survive and that is what I'm feeling, they're is millions of butterflies fluttering around in my stomach and my heart is beating rapidly, I'm in love.

"Serena is something wrong because you came earlier than seven?" Demi asked.

"I want to tell you something," I said and Demi nodded waiting for me to continue.

"Give me all of you," I started and I looked straight into Demi's eyes.

"Let me learn everything about you, I want to know what makes you happy, sad, angry and most importantly scared in order to protect you from it,"

"Give me your heart, so I can mend all the scars and bruises past lovers have left behind, I promise I would never hurt it intentionally,"

"Give me your mind, so I can stimulate it and give me all five of your senses so I can entice them and then unlock your sixth sense,"

"Give me your body, so I can please it beyond your climax," I stopped to take a breath and I noticed that Demi had tears rolling down her precious face and softly I wiped them away and took hold of her hand as I continued with my speech.

"Give me all you've got and I promise I will give you twice as much back, I will give to you to the point where I had nothing but my naked soul left,"

"I want to teach you new things, make you see things in a different perspective, in a new light,"

"Give me you, your beauty, mind, body and soul, your goofiness, your laughter, your tears, your sorrow, your anger, your darkest secrets, I want to explore you, I want to go further than anyone has ever gone before, from the most beautiful places of your mind to the darkest, twisted depths of your mind,"

"Give me your thoughts, I will hold them close to me and never let them go, I will see them from your point of view, give me your unconditional love and support,"

"I want to stimulate and get lost in your body and mind, that's what I want you, I want all of you, you and me everyday, forever because I love you Demi and I know in my heart that I always will,"

At this point Demi had tears streaming down her face and the cute, goofy grin playing on her lips.

"That was the most beautiful that has ever been said to me, in fact anyone in this whole universe," she smiled as she stared into my eyes.

"I love you too Serena, I love you more than life itself and I promise to give you all of me,"

With that I picked her up as she wrapped her legs around my waist and I brought my lips to hers in the most passionate and loving kiss that I've ever felt.

"I love you Serena Lopez,"

"I love you too Demetria Devonne Lovato," I replied kissing her once again.
