Chapter 46

Serena's POV

"Demi!" I yelled as I jumped to grab hold of her as the bomb went off in the house.

The noise and the bits of pieces that went flying everywhere scared the crap out of me and for the first time I feared for my life. Out of everything I've done I don't know why this has made me feel this way.

Suddenly everything went quiet and now all I could hear was the sirens and the screams from Demi and most likely Josh.

I clutched on to Demi and looked down at my stomach, my baby.. Will it be alright?

"Hello Miss," I heard a voice say and suddenly a paramedic was standing on top of me.

"My baby," I mumbled and everything went black.

I heard voices in the distant and beeping noises all around me. I heard a familiar voice and all I wanted to do was open my eyes but for some reason I couldn't. I just couldn't do it.

"When will she wake up?" I heard someone ask.

"She should wake up from now within the next 48 hours," I'm guessing a doctor said.

"Thank you," that same voice said yet I still couldn't put a face to the voice.

I felt a hand grab hold of mine gently, "Please wake up," the voice cried.

I fluttered my eyes open finally after much trying to see a girl sitting there.

"Who are you?" I asked her.

"Oh my god, baby it's me, Demi," she said.

"Who?" I asked again.

For some reason my brain couldn't register as to who this girl was yet she looked so familiar.

"Doctor!" She called out and in came running in one, "What happened?" he asked.

"She doesn't remember me," the girl cried and my heart broke for her, I wish I could remember.

"It's okay Miss she went under a massive surgery so short term memory loss is to be expected, it should come back within the next few days, just don't pressure her or force her to do anything," the doctor explained and Demi nodded.

"What happened to me?" I asked.

"There was an explosion at your house and you managed to break your ribs, hit your head very hard on something and you suffered minor burns and whilst the ambulance brought you here your head started to bleed so we had to take you in for an emergency surgery but everything went smoothly," the doctor explained and I nodded.

"Thank you doc," I smiled as much as I could as he walked out of the room leaving Demi and I alone.

Demi's POV

Seeing her in that hospital bed so vulnerable and lost is breaking my heart. This isn't the Serena I know and I just want her back.

"Are you hurting at all?" I asked her and she shook her head, "I'm just annoyed that I don't remember anything, it's all a blur to me," she said.

"What's the last thing you remember?" I asked out of curiosity.

"I don't know my whole life is a big blur right now," she said.

"Get some rest," I said kissing her forehead.

"I'll be back when you wake up," I said before leaving the room.

I walked to check on Josh, Jacob and Britt as they all copped it pretty bad as well but luckily not as bad as Serena.

"Hey guys," I smiled once I entered their room.

"Hey Dems," Jacob replied.

"How are you all?" I asked.

"Tired," Britt said.

"In pain," Josh and Jacob said at the same time.

"Serena woke up," I informed them.

"Is she okay?"

"Is she hurting?"

They all asked me, "She doesn't remember anything," I said.

"What do you mean?" Josh asked.

"The doctor said its cause of the surgery she had to undergo and it's just an effect so it will hopefully come back in the next few days," I explained.

"Does she know about the baby?" Jacob asked and I shook my head, "I didn't want to say anything that might cause her to freak out or something."

"Whoever fucking did this will pay," Josh said.

As I was about to respond about not causing even more drama we all heard a scream which sounded exactly like Serena's.

"Shit," I cursed.

I got up and ran straight to her room to see three guys standing around her bed, the three guys who held us hostage at my concert.

"What the fuck!" I yelled.

"Get the fuck out of here!" Josh yelled behind me.

"Josh you can't be here, get back into your room," I said but he wouldn't listen to me and following behind him was Jacob and Britt.

"Well, well isn't it good that were all here," one of the guys said.

"Leave now Enrique before I do something to you," Josh threatened and all the three guys did was laugh.

"You can't do much tied up to that machine there Josh," Enrique said.

"Why are you here?" I asked just wanting them to get out of here as soon as possible.

"Well firstly I wanted to ask if you liked what we did," he said and I looked around at everyone else not understanding.

"You did this?" Jacob asked and Enrique nodded and that's when all the pieces fit together.

"What is wrong with you!" I started to yell.

"What the fuck is wrong with you! What did they ever do to you!" I continued to yell and as I went to throw a punch Jacob grabbed my hand and held on to my waist pulling me back from doing anything stupid.

"Well Demi your very aggressive aren't you?" Enrique chuckled and this time I wanted to do more than just punch him.

"I remember," Serena said and I looked at her straightaway as tears filled her eyes, "I remember."

"Baby are you okay?" I asked rushing to her side, holding her hand in mine.

"My baby?" she asked holding her stomach.

"The baby's healthy don't worry they checked although it took a while to find the heartbeat they did, you're very lucky," I said and she nodded letting the tears roll down her face.

"Serena shut up," Enrique said and my blood was boiling in my veins.

"Get the fuck out! You have no use here!" I yelled but all the three of the did was laugh.

"Demi stop," Serena said.

"Get out Enrique before I kill you," Josh threatened.

"You can't kill me Josh you and I both know that," Enrique said.

"Please stop," Serena said again.

I stroked her head hoping to calm her down.

"Why are you here?" I asked once again.

"We wanted to see our little sister," Enrique said and I looked at Britt and she shook her head leaving only one person left, Serena.

Yes these three guys are Serena's brothers!!!!!!
