Chapter 47

Serena's POV

I watched as Demi's eyes widened, she looked at me her mouth agape, "Is that true? Are they your brothers?" she asked and I all I could do was nod. The truth was out, something I didn't want her to find out, ever.

"Why didn't you tell me that when all of that shit was going on?" Demi asked raising her voice.

"I don't know," I responded.

"Serena since I think we're telling the truth here why don't you tell her the other thing that you probably forgot to tell her," Enrique said and I swear to god if I wasn't in this hospital bed I would punch him right in the face.

"Shut the fuck up and get out of here now!" I yelled at all three of them.

"Serena don't push me because what happened to Reagan will happen to Demi as well," he said and tears threatened to spill but I wouldn't let them.

"Shut up Enrique or I swear to god you will be dead by the end of the night," Josh said.

"Tell her Serena," Enrique said but I shook my head.

"You're really not going to tell me? You're going to hide another secret from me?" Demi asked and I couldn't meet her eyes because I knew if I did I would break and fall at her mercy.

"It's nothing important," I shrugged.

"Obviously it is!" she yelled.

"What's going on in here?" A doctor asked as he finally decided to walk in.

"Nothing," I said.

"What are you doing out of your room, go back," he said to the boys and they nodded waving at me and eyeing my brothers, "Make sure security never lets them through," Josh said pointing to them and the doctor nodded also escorting them out.

"Don't worry little sis I'll be back, I always am," Enrique smiled.

Now this left Demi and I alone in a heated silence until she walked out of the room.

"Demi!" I called out and she stopped turning around to face me.

"What?"

"Where are you going?" I asked.

"I don't know Serena, to think I guess."

"About what?"

"About whether this relationship is even worth anything to you!" she yelled and I didn't say anything, I didn't fight for her because sometimes I'm such a fucking idiot..

Demi's POV

Yet another secret.. What else is there that I don't know?

I understand it hasn't been the longest time that we've been together so I don't know everything about her but I should know the big stuff, the stuff that could make her the person she is.

I drove in my car until I reached my parents house.

"Mom!" I called out as I entered.

"In the kitchen!"

I walked in to see her making something delicious as usual. I walked over and kissed her cheek before sitting at the kitchen table.

"What's up sweetie?" mom asked.

"It's Serena mom."

"What happened now?"

"I found out something about her, something big and I can't help but feel she just wants to keep everything from me, that she doesn't trust me."
