Chapter 37

Serena's POV

"Josh, wake up!" I quietly yelled hitting him across the head.

"What happened?" He mumbled rubbing his eyes.

"We had sex!" I exclaimed, fuming mad at both myself and him.

"We what?" He asked and that's when I'm guessing the pieces started to fit together and he shot up in his car seat.

"Serena I'm so sorry," he started and I shook my head holding up my finger to his mouth, "This was my fault as well, i let you do it to me, now listen we tell no one of this, Demi can not find out, do you understand?" I sternly said and he nodded not speaking a word.

I finished getting dress and stepped out of the car walking back to the hotel where Demi would be, the girl who I am head over heels for, the girl I cheated on.

Demi's POV

For some odd reason Serena hadn't come back last night and I started to worry, especially with what and who she's involved with.

I paced around the room trying to keep myself occupied until finally I heard a beeping noise coming from the door and in walked Serena.

"Where were you?" I asked.

"I'm so sorry we drank way too much so we decided it wasn't safe to drive anywhere and we just crashed in the car," she explained and I nodded pulling her in for a hug, "Im glad your safe," I said and I felt her kiss the top of my head.

"Do you want to get breakfast?" She asked and I nodded eagerly.

"Alright what do we want to eat?"

"Pancakes!" I cheered and she chuckled, "Pancakes it is then," she smiled.

I grabbed my wallet, phone and I called Max to bring the tour bus at the front of the hotel so he could take us without any extra drama. As we walked to the elevator we bumped into Josh and for some reason he looked rather nervous. I looked over to Serena who looked rather angry and I was pretty sure something had happened, either they had an argument or something else to do with their 'gangs'.

"What happened between you two?" I asked trying to break the uncomfortable tension.

"What nothing why would you ask that," Josh responded way too quickly for my liking.

"Seriously just tell me it can't be that bad," I said but still neither of them spoke.

"Demi can we please just go," she tugged at my hand and I nodded knowing that with time Serena would eventually tell me.

"So, how did you sleep?" Serena asked breaking the awkward silence filling the car.

"Alright, better if you were there," I smiled and she kissed my hand, "Well if it makes you feel any better the car was very uncomfortable,"

"Good," I giggled planting a soft kiss on her lips.

"Were here," Max said and I thanked him as we got out of the car and went into the restaurant.

Serena's POV

Both Demi and I were sitting on the bed playing my music extremely loud and singing the lyrics even more louder.

It feels different being able to do this with somebody else other than Britt or the boys, it felt good and I felt like I could actually be myself because I know that Demi would never judge me and that felt good, I actually trusted her, in fact I could honestly trust her with my life.

"What the hell is wrong with Josh!" Jacob yelled barging into our room without even having the decency to knock.

"I don't know," I simply shrugged listening to the music.

Suddenly the music stopped and I looked at Demi who was eyeing me as well, "Serena just spit it out," Demi said.

"What's with all the yelling?" Britt asked standing at the door.

"Serena is going to tell us why Josh has been sad and mopey ever since he came back from last night,"

I looked to the ground, fidgeting with my fingers which is something I do very rarely.

"He said that he wish I was his," I said.

"What the fuck and how did that come up in conversation?" Jacob asked quite shocked by my words.

"I don't even know it was just so random," I said covering up the truth.

"Shit I knew he always had something for you but I never knew he liked you like that much," Jacob said and Britt nodded in agreement.

"Should I be worried?" Demi asked.

"No Demi you should never be," I smiled kissing her.

"Good," she smiled.

I watched Demi as she talked with Jacob and Britt, she just looked so happy, she was glowing and to think that I'm lying to her about something like this is chewing me up. I want to tell her and I need to tell her but I can't find the guts to say it... and I don't know if I ever will..
