CHAPTER THREE - Everything in motion

I woke up feeling slightly better, but I was in great shock when I saw I was no longer in the comfort of my own home. I looked everywhere and I was in a place that looked like a hospital room, I had doubts but when I saw the needle. attached to my hand, I had the verification that my hunch is right. I decided to long sit since I was having a hard time, It felt that my back was suffocating.

I searched the room again for my phone but again, It was nowhere to be seen. All of my thoughts was, Who brought me here? I mean, How long was I sleeping? Where was I found? And how? I stared at the door, waiting for someone to come in, Few moments later, I heard the doorknob turn. Ruru came out of it.

"Miss Kylie, You're awake!" He said in a loud yet soft voice. "Tatawag lang ako ng doctor."

He said then assured me by his gesture of tapping my hand. I didn't know what I was supposed to say, Am I supposed to thank him first for being here? Or to ask him first what the hell had happened?

Ruru and a guy in white coat came. As they were about to approach my bed, A couple of people wearing scrub suits came.

"Miss Kylie, We are so glad that you are now awake." The guy in white coat said, He signaled the girl with a short hair towards the machine that was connected to me through my hand, The nurse, I assume followed him.

"You we're sleeping for straight 2 days."

That killed me, What? I missed taping day and practice day of Enca? How about my other responsibilities? What if It will ran towards me? I reached for my hand and attempted to remove the needle. Ruru stopped me.

"I called Martin and he handle everything with regards to your partnership with that shampoo brand you were supposed to shoot last day, It's okay." He said then patted my hair.

"Doc what happened?" I calmly asked, Am I this weak? I was never rushed to the hospital before.

"Over fatigue, Looks like you underestimated the power of your Body, Miss Kylie, remember even the strong ones have limitation."

I knew it will come running back to me the moment I auditioned for Encantadia while I still have a drama series going on. But I didin't follow my hunch and proceeded to it anyway.

"Who brought me here, How did they find out that I was sick?" I asked, I do recall not calling anyone because I lost my phone.

"That would be me, Miss Kylie, I was about to return to you your phone. But the moment I came in your house, I saw you lying down the floor." Ruru explained.

"Thank you." I said shyly, I didn't know how to thank him I mean, How could I collapsed infront of a boy? That's twice in a row Ky.

"Looks like our work here is done. Miss Kylie, you still have to finish that IV." He gestured to me the bag of something connected through my hands and I Nodded. "And drank those."

Again he pointed the bunch of meds beside me and a glass of water.

"Plus, Miss Kylie, You need to take tomorrow's day off, because that will most likely happen again if you won't regain your body's lost strength."
