Monday. The day Ivy hates the most.
She wanted to forget her first day of 7th grade.
She knew sleeping in was a bad idea, even Delilah tapped her paws at Ivy to give her food.

Her alarm screamed in her ear, yet she only push snooze the next 3 times. As soon as she saw the clock she actually got up, yet in a rush.
"Shit!" She says and repeated til she go to the bathroom.
Her neighbor was the complete opposite though.
The boy next door to her.
He was already dressed, eating his breakfast, and having some small talk with his family.
Ivy couldn't relate.
She only grabbed her clothes that seemed to work.
Skipped her shower and put dry shampoo in her hair.
Only putted some mascara and lip gloss.
Grabbed a granola bar from her kitchen.
Grabbed her phone and bag.
Fed Delilah and have her water.
Plugged in her headphones and pushed shuffle on her playlist.
Out the door she went and made her way to the subway.

I made my way to the subway.
Ran through the busy people and tired citizens in this city.
I finally ran the rest of the way and to the train.
I took any free seat I saw, cause knowing New York "Move your feet Lose your seat" is there go to saying.
