Chapter 49

I woke up in the infirmary. It was obvious that the room was sealed. But my spiritual pressure seems to be under control now that I'm conscious. I didn't have any physical harm. So that was a plus. I sat up and swung my legs to the side of the bed. As I was about to stand Unohana came in.

"Looks like you've stabilized. How are you feeling?" She came over and did some checks.

"I feel fine. No physical harm. All I have is a headache really."

"That was expected. Even the captains couldn't stay stable when you passed out."

"Yeah sorry about that heh" I rubbed the back of my neck.

"How long have I been out?"

"A couple of days."

"What? That means there's just over 3 weeks till the wedding! I have to go find Shiro and talk to him straight away! And the head captain?! What was his response?"

"He explained to us. But he needs to confirm with you."

"Alright. I'll go and see him first. Thanks Retsu." I walked out and headed straight to the Head-captains office. I knocked on the door and Chorijo opened the door.

"Captain, miss (L/N) is here to speak with you." He gestured for me to go forward.

"You have awakened. How are you feeling?"

"Very well sir. Back to full health. And I apologise for what happened during the meeting. I wasn't expecting my spiritual pressure to release that much or at all."

"Nonsense. How many days did you go without sleep?" I was shocked led by his concern.

"I'm not sure. About 3-4 days. Maybe more."

"You don't even know for sure?"

"No Sir"

"Well regarding the wedding, what are your terms?"

"My terms? Well I have decided to allow your wedding to be here."

"But sir. Would it be okay if a human with no spiritual pressure came? She's my sister i cant exclude her. And Captain Hitsugaya's granny who brought him up and taught him about his power. I would like her to see the wedding before her time as a soul is up"

"You have many requests, but I shall see what I can do"

"Thank you sir. May I suggest a protective shield on both of them to prevent any spiritual pressure reaching them"

"You may"

"Then I shall take my leave. Thank you for your co-operation sir" I left and headed straight to Shiro's barracks. Once I got there I realised he wasn't there, then at that very moment his spiritual pressure spiked. 'Oh, he must've gone to visit me.' I walk towards the kitchen to make us  some tea. I just know he's rushing around everywhere looking for me. I finish making tea and place it on his desk but he still isn't here so I decide to play a game. I release a small amount of spiritual pressure and flash-step to the west gate I called out to Jidanbo.

"DANBO! LET ME OUT WILL YA! I'M VISITING FAMILY!" I only had to wait mere seconds before I felt the shaking of the ground beneath my feet and the gate began to raise. he only lifted it enough for me  to fit through. I walked to the other side and began chatting.

"Thanks danbo" I began using this nickname during the time Ichigo lost his powers, but he really doesn't mind.

"What bring you to this side?"

"I'm visiting granny asking if she can make it to our wedding now that we have an official date. I'm just sad you cant make it because you have to guard the gate."
