Kiss. Between two people who are in a relationship, kissing is a form of intimacy enjoyed by both participants. Somehow, the word kiss became the source of joke between me and my friends with the addition of embarrassment on my part.
You see, I've never been kissed. I'm in a relationship and I've never been kissed. The guys have been making fun of me when I accidentally blurted that I'm a never been kissed girl.
"Is he gay? I've never heard someone who is in a relationship for more almost two months to never have kissed in that span of time. Dude this is epic!" Gordon who is the jokes seems to not be able to move from it he keeps on bugging me about it.
"I guess it never occurred to me that there is a need for that. Besides, he never brought it out." I tried to reason out to them.
"If your a guy, you don't bring out the idea of kissing. If he really wants to kiss you, he should have done that a long time ago, baby girl." Light said smirking.
Exasperated, I rolled my eyes and sighed. "What's the big deal about this anyway? So I haven't had my first kiss, so what?"
I don't know about them but I sure did not joked but after saying that, their laughter boomed in the whole room. I glared at them and they sobered a little.
"You're the first girl we met whose not making her first kiss a big deal. You sure are something, baby girl." Drew said while tapping my hair.
"Ugh! Why do you guys keep on calling me baby girl! I'll be having nightmares with those words in a few days. Make something cooler, something that we can call each other." After finishing, I'm grinning like an idiot forgetting about the kissing conversation.
"Hey that's a good idea although I like calling you baby girl." Greg agreed.
"It's not a good idea, it's a great idea." I corrected still grinning.
"Your arrogance is astounding." Sam, whose been silent during the teasing, butted in.
"Shut up." I muttered lamely. "Lets just think of our sweet sweet sweet endearment for each other!" I grinned again and clapped happily.
"Your such a girl." Aden shakes his head.
"I am a girl, besides, most of time your way girlier than me."
"I am not! I just like to embrace my feminine side fully." He said glaring at me.
"Chill, you'll have wrinkles if you frown, baby girl."
We laughed when his jaw dropped when I called him baby girl.
"We are going to think of something to call each other! And no-one is going home until we do so!" Aden announced. "And that's the last time you'll call me baby girl young lady, do you understand?" He turned to me appearing serious but with evident mischief on his eyes.
"Sir yes sir!" I answered and saluted.
"So, any suggestions?" I asked.
"How bout sweet cheeks!"
"That's too common Drew. Besides, how would you feel if I call you sweet cheeks?" I asked grinning.
"I guess not." He said blanching.
"I know! How bout bud!" Gordon exclaimed excitedly.
"Nah! That's what fathers call their sons. I think dork is better, coz you know we're all dork!" I said as excited as Gordon.
"You're the only dork here baby girl." Light lightly tapped my head and they all laughed at that.
"Am not! I know you guys are straight A students like me so we're all dorks!" I argued indignantly.
"Yes we're straight A's but we're also bad asses. We don't look like a dork." Aden tried to explain.
"Well I don't look like a dork either." I still argued.
"Yes you do. You wear glasses, you dress like a dork and you sometimes talk like a dork." Connor listed using his fingers.
"I don't dress like a dork, I just like comfort rather than dressing like a slut, I only wear glasses when I'm reading and I don't talk like a dork, I just talk smart."
"Yeah yeah, whatever, this whole endearment thing isn't getting us anywhere. We'll just call each other what we want to." Blake said while looking at us for our agreement.
"I suppose your right. Does that mean I can call you guys whatever I like?" I asked excitedly.
"Only if we agree, princess." Aden answered.
"Whatever, arguing with you guys is tiring. You always seem to have a counter attack or something." I muttered.
"That's why you love us!" Gordon smiled at me.
"Yeah, sometimes when I'm in the mood to love you guys." I shrugged.
"Your weird." Sam said grinning.
"That's why you guys love me!" I exclaimed while grinning.
"True, now about that first kiss of yours." Greg said smirking.
"Not again! I thought you guys have already forgotten!" They answered by laughing wholeheartedly that I can't help but laugh as well. Although they're loud, rude and obnoxious, I couldn't ask for a better set of friends, they're perfect for me.
